Brook Wingman FGC for Fighting Stick to PS5 / PS4 / PC (X-Input)

There's not a lot else that needs to be said about this device. It does exactly what it says it does, immediately and without any delay, faff. It seems expensive for what it is, but I took it to a couple of local tournaments and had no issues whatsoever. It's very sturdy and clearly well designed. If I'm going to pay what seems like a lot for something, I can't ask for anything more than that. Bear in mind if you have a fight stick with a USB host port on it (Like the Haute 42 T16) that it's lower latency to plug it directly into your stick rather than plugging the cable into it.

Using my SSFIV Madcatz TE stick for PS3 on PS5 with this is flawless and everything works and I have no complaints, though I have not used any of the advance or extra feature. It even works with my Steam Link for what its worth, the buttons aren't mapped correctly and don't work consistently across games but to be fair it is not advertised to work with steam link or Linux at all so this is just a bonus surprise that it works at all. This has a great product and brought new life to my Expensive Collectable FIght Stick at an acceptable price! I only wish I had new about this sooner. Thank you.

If you have a wired arcade stick , that you want to use on PC, ps4 or ps5.... This gadget is a godsend. No input lag / latency and full functionality. I've got a hori ps3 arcade stick , and with this device , I can play all ps5 arcade titles. Just plug and play, no installation. Must buy for old school gamers. Best buy

I recently bought a PS5 and wanted to use my old Xbox 360 Mad Catz Street Fighter IV Tournament Edition Fight Stick, to play Street Fighter 6. I had read multiple reviews and forum posts from users saying the Wingman FGC adapter worked for the PS3 version of the fight stick, but nothing about the Xbox 360 version. I can confirm this adapter works for the Xbox 360 version of the fight stick. It was plug and play for me, as the default button configuration is the same as what you would expect if playing on an arcade cabinet. Very happy I managed to get one of these adapters after missing the first two waves of their release.

due to issues it can not be clear with the instructions on how to fix its not simple plug an play you need a pc to upgrade or laptop this not clear this does save you money on fight sticks for ps5 and input latency is next to 2 ms if u like fight games and need ur fight stick to work then i would suggest this but be aware not all fight sticks work they have a website but again the list should be on a manual worth the money yes

I bought it so I could use my White Xbox Hori Fighting Commander Controller for Tekken 8 and straight up pop in and play no hassle whatsoever and it works great. Tekken 8 can be played with my controller of choice.

Bought product to use my old MadCatz Street Fighter IV fight pad with PS4/PS5 games, didn't have to set anything up, just plugged them in and worked perfectly. Also tried my 8bitdo M30 pad, using it's X-, input mode and that also just worked perfectly. Excellent product and would highly recommend to anyone with some older controllers and arcade sticks sitting around.

This is a great piece of kit. I got it for Mortal Kombat 1 and I've tried it with an Okiboard and a PS4 controller, It works seamlessly and I highly recommended it.

I've previously purchased 2 of Brook's Wingman converters primarily to use my XBOX 360 Madkatz TE. A 360 to PS4 and 360 to XBOX Series and have never had an issue with them. Took a while to grab this one but after many months I got it. While waiting, I learned that this converter does a bit more than just work with older joysticks as advertised. It will in fact work with just about any USB pad for the PS5. There is just one thing you need to be aware of and that is will the game you're trying to play support the pad or stick you wish to use. What works: 1. Navigating the PS5 menu, any controller will work with the converter. 2. If you are trying to play the PS5 version of Street Fighter 6, then the Brook converter will work with just about anything. Switch Pro controller, Dual Shock 4, 360 TE stick. It works as intended despite the fact it says fightsticks only, which is nice. If you are wanting to play any PS4 game on your PS5, again... the Brook converter will enable the use of just about any controller you wish to use with those games. (Note: If you wish to use an XBOX One or Series pad, to access the PS5's share button, you press the menu and view button simultaneously.) What doesn't work: Most PS5 games will actually not work with this converter. I sometimes, but rarely got a message from games that were not Street Fighter 6 saying this controller is incompatible with this game. It acts similar to trying to play a PS5 game with a Dual Shock 4 connected normally. It appears that it's not up solely up to the converter to dictate whether a controller works. It's also the game. But there is an exception... : You can use this converter to play non fighting PS5 games that have a PS5 upgrade from owning the disc version of the PS4 game as the PS5 upgrade requires the PS4 disc to launch the game. It seems to treat it like a PS4 game even though you are playing the PS5 version of it. Overall: It works as advertized and as intended for me. It's not for every PS5 game, but it does have the unadvertized perk of allowing access to *certain* PS5 games outside of fighting games which may be nice despite the fact most of us are seeking this out for current fighting games to use the fight sticks that outlive them without needing to shell out money for another stick. Leave everything else to the DualSense, but ultimately enjoy your fighting games, ladies and gentlemen. Brook delivers fundamental hardware to keep your fundamentals up in fighting games.
