Amazing!! But you need to be consistent and give it time to build up in your system. By the second or third bottle, it was like night and day. I promise that if you are patient this will deliver on all its claims!

Does not work to help with ADD/ADHD.
very oily, not much flavor. Tried it for ADHD and got oppisite results. No clear thinking and put me to sleep along with GI problems.Would not use to help with ADD/ADHD.

Don’t take with other medications
I didn’t like the complicated feeling it gave me caused me to stop using it . Because I had other meds to take and did more to use them together without consulting my doctor

I was able to complete task without effort There is no side effects. You barely know you have taken anything, you just notice that things are accomplished, and it’s easier to pull away from distraction. There wasn’t any procrastination either. Things I had put off for months were easily finished. I can also take it with my medication, which is a huge plus.

Came promptly, so I liked it already. Opened first bottle and gave it a try....taste is really non-descript. Hardly any taste to it. Am now on week 3, it seems to me that I can recall faster words and situations. I am 75 and was finding myself having trouble recalling words or places that I knew or used regularly. Hope this helps me right along. I would recommend it. My only concern is with the eye dropper lid, it doesn't seem to fit properly. Otherwise A+ product.
