Great Silicone Gel for Scar Care
This silicone scar gel worked really well and helped improve the appearance of my scars over time. ✨The gel feels smooth, dries quickly, and is very easy to apply. It also helped keep the skin hydrated and softer. Definitely a great product for scar care!

Skeptic Who Finds Out That ScarAway Really Works
I looked for reviews on this and similar products. While skeptical that anything would actually work, I decided to try it. I applied it only once a day, not the recommended twice. But after two weeks, I am surprised and pleased at the results so far. It's working as promised. Scar is both flattening out and losing redness. I'll definitely continue using it for a few more weeks and would recommend it. Another plus--it really does require just a tiny bit of the gel.

Patience and Consistency Pays Off: Steady Improvement with ScarAway Silicone Scar Gel
After about three months of consistent use, I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my foot surgery scars. The larger incision has become smoother and more even in tone, and the smaller scar that previously felt firm underneath has softened over time. It hasn’t been an overnight change, but with steady application, the progress has been noticeable. One thing that really matters is applying a very thin layer. More is not better. A fine layer forms a protective silicone barrier over the scar, which helps maintain hydration and creates the ideal environment for remodeling. When I applied too much early on, it just felt sticky and didn’t absorb properly. A thin layer twice a day worked much better. From what I’ve learned, silicone has strong clinical backing compared to options like vitamin E oil. Silicone works by creating an occlusive, breathable barrier that reduces water loss, regulates collagen production, and helps flatten and soften raised scars. Vitamin E, on the other hand, has mixed evidence and can sometimes cause skin irritation without consistently improving scar appearance. Silicone is widely considered the gold standard for hypertrophic and keloid scars. The only downside for me is the packaging. The long plastic tube becomes harder to squeeze as it empties, and it can take quite a bit of pressure to get the silicone out toward the end. It’s not a deal breaker, but it is frustrating enough that I’m subtracting one star.Overall, ScarAway Silicone Scar Gel has delivered steady, visible improvement in both texture and color for me. Patience and proper application technique really make the difference.

Effective scar treatment
Worked really quite well on a bad scar I got on my face, was recommended by my plastic surgeon. Don’t use until the lesion is healed (it interferes with the first stages of healing) but after that, it certainly helped to lighten the scar, as long as you’re consistent with using it.

Good but not for Hairline Scars
A friend used this product on their cheek after Mohs surgery and it worked great. You can hardly see his scar. I had to use it behind my ear and the gel made a mess of my hair. It was sticky and made the hair look dirty since it stuck together and drew attention to the scar. It didn't wash out well with shampoo either. I would not recommend it for an area near the hairline but it would be good for other areas. I would research scar gel/cream options for hairline scars.

Best scar gel on the market
I can’t say enough good things about this scar gel. I use in my scars from breast augmentation surgery and this has made a HUGE difference. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a scar gel. Easy to use, and doesn’t have a smell

Tried so much stuff to remove itchy scars…
This is the only thing that worked. It’s a tiny tube, probably will need quite a few for full effect but saved me having to get dermabrasion which was next step!
