Excellent Pan
Got this as I was also ordering some Made In pots. This was my first pan to arrive. I have now used it several times and can honestly say I wish I had done this when I first heard of Made In. Spending 25 years in the restaurant industry I can see the real value in the construction of these pans. AllClad was just too darn expensive. What . .$500 for a 2qt pot? Come on! But Made In has it locked in.The pan heats quickly and provides heat evenly from bottom to sides. No more will my sauce bubble on the bottom and burn on the sides. I see the bubbling all the way across the top right to the edges-and no burning! The pans are heavy enough to be indestructible but light enough that I don't feel like i'm lugging around cast iron. The handles do remain cool. I no longer need hot pads or handle covers like I did with my Wolfgang Puck set. They give good browning of steaks. They clean up nicely.Overall I am more than satisfied with these pans and now have even ordered another size. Like the quality tools in my woodshop, these are the best pans for creating great dishes. And you will see that too.As my REVIEW of the Customer Service and Ordering direct from Made In; I ordered some stuff here on Amazon, some direct from Made IN. Amazon shipped within a day or two. I placed a larger order on the Made In website on January 4, 2023 and am still waiting for a pot to ship (today is 01/19) One pan took over a week to ship, the second took 10 days. Emails and chat messages take 1-2 days for a generic response. Made IN's customer service and support is awful. There is no one to call and talk to. There has been no answers as to why it has been taking so long.

High quality pan with better handles than All-Clad
Replaced my All-Clad D3 12" pan with this Made-In. I like the brushed finish as it's easier to keep appearing clean. The handle design is far more comfortable and I don't feel like I'm going to dump it if I don't use a towel to wrap the handle. Fits in the oven better because of the lower angle of the handle. Really what All-Clad should have been for the price. I will eventually purchase a full Made-In set.

Excellent on induction
We switched from an electric range to induction 3 years ago and absolutely love it. But you can't use aluminum cookware with induction. Most inexpensive non-stick cookware is aluminum. Heavy bottomed cookware that can hold a magnet are necessary. I use cast iron a lot and it's great, but you really shouldn't cook anything acidic in cast iron.We don't eat red meat, but we do eat poultry, eggs, fish, and a lot of plant based meals. If I wanted to cook a steak, or pork I would use cast iron. I like cooking with lemon so I decided to get a decent stainless multi-ply saute pan. As far as I was concerned it was either All Clad or this. I decided on MadeIn and I am really happy with it.I always preheat my pan, then add oil, let it heat up, then add food. No issues at all. I normally fry eggs in cast iron. For kicks and giggles I tried making one in this. Perfect. No sticking, and easy to clean. My husband does not use our cast iron at all and still has a strong preference for our induction ready non-stick. He made scrambled eggs in this. He has never read up on pre-heating pans or how to use this type of cookware. He had no issues and cleanup was a snap. Garlic lemon shrimp came out perfect in this pan, so did lemon tofu chunks. I am certain stir fry or sauteed veggies would work great in here too.I have seen lots of reviews from people complaining that they had sticking and difficulty cleaning. I respectfully disagree as long as you preheat the pan. If you have never used stainless, cast iron, or carbon steel, read up on them before you buy. While stainless doesn't require the same maintenance as cast iron or carbon steel, you still need to preheat it for every use. If you get a stain, let the pan cool down completely. Pour some white vinegar inside and let it sit for a few minutes. Then wash as normal. When my husband's non-stick pan wears out I will likely replace it with one from MadeIn and as I decide to get additional sizes of stainless I'll stay with MadeIn.

Made In - The Perfect Pan
I regularly cook with a stainless steel pan for even the heat distribution and at high temperatures.I really like the handle on this pan, its feels stable and looks great too. I have an electric cooktop and it performed well. It was easy to clean after the first use. The quality is great (heavy) with 5 ply stainless clad. I'm glad I purchased it to replace my old pan. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you paid for ... and that's quality. Will get alot of good use out this pan.

Great Non Toxic Pan. No more teflon for me.
I am very happy with this pan. My son has two of them and recommended it to me because it is fully clad and non toxic. This is not a non stick pan. You do have to use spray oil or some kind of oil. However, it cooks evenly and you can brown meat and then put the pan in the oven to finish cooking. It is very easy to clean. Let the pan cool down after using. If there is food stuck on the pan, squirt some dish detergent in the pan and cover with water. Let sit for a while and the food is easily removed with a dish brush. Then wash the pan. The pan is expensive, but will last a very long time. This particular pan is highly rated for its quality and non toxic components.

Very Happy With Them!
They're stainless steel skillets, exactly what you expect to show up. However, now when I put oil in it doesn't slide over to one side and stay there! I bought them because I'm sick of buying crappy pans that are cheaper then replacing them again in 6 months!I gave up on non-stick, I don't trust it when they just keep finding new things that cause cancer. I lived with cast-iron for the last couple years and it's awesome but the weight is getting annoying and the aftercare is even worse.Stainless has a rep for sticking but if you follow directions and get used to it, it is nowhere near as bad as the reputation it has for it. I made bacon this morning and just washed it out with a little detergent and a soft cloth. When things get really bad Barkeepers Friend takes practically EVERYTHING off in less than a minute.

Extremely disappointed - product came with warped base
This is supposed to be a premium buy-it-for-life product. It came warped or bowed out so very little of the base of the pan is in touch with the cooker. I thought this would correct over time through thermal expansion but that was not the case. If you’re in the market for a stainless steel pan, go with a firm with more experience and knowledge like all clad.

Deep scratches
Very excited to get this but upon taking it out of the box, noticed some deep scratches on the outer layer. Photo didn’t do it justice. I can feel the dent when I run through the surface using my nail.
