The back is flat in so far as it has no dome or concavity and there is a lug in the middle of the back. The lug is 16 x 4.85mm and 20mm high, there is a 6.5mm hole with its centre 12.27mm away from the back. The back and lug are metal. The lug is oriented with the wide dimension (16mm) from top to bottom. Hope this helps.
