Superb reel for saltwater lure fishing - Still going strong
This is an excellent reel. I find the 2500 size perfect for lure fishing and have used it for float fishing too. I tend to match it with 15lb braid and have to say its been faultless. It strikes a balance between crazy priced reels and entry level. I genuinely recommend this reel its been used and abused in salt water including the kayak but has worked faultlessly. Ive been lucky enough to catch lots of Bass (uk sea bass) on it and the drag setting is smooth and i will be buying another one.

Amazing little spool
I married this with Abu Garcia Tormentor Spinning Rod, 2.13m - 15-35g. Amazing combination. Real is super smooth, easy to cast lures. Easy to pull them back in. Light weight, last time I was out for four hours casting lures in the local lake, my arm and shoulder had no fatigue.

Great reel great price
Needed a light weight lure reel for bass fishing this was recommended and it’s light and great quality. Very quick delivery could have done with a spare spool though

No anti-reverse ?
A very nicely made small fixed spool reel. Ideal, or so I thought until I realised it has no anti-reverse, a 'school boy' error on my part. Call me 'old fashioned' but I was taught that back-winding when playing a fish was an important angling skill. That said the reel seems to perform well enough, you just have to rely on the clutch setting....
