Sparthos Knee Brace for Women & Men - Meniscus Tear Support - Gray-XXXL

Finally, a knee brace that is supportive, customizable, and the velcro is sturdy, for a reasonable price. Tried others, velcro stopped sticking long before brace wore out. Does run smallish, my knee 22.5", medium fits perfectly. That said, I wear for outdoor work over pants so can't say how works on bare skin & sizewise. I'd always recommend a layer underneath anyway for comfort/chafing. PRO TIP: I never undo all the straps except first time to put on. Keep surface 4 nylon straps (front & back) threaded through the plastic loops/buckles. Loosen them and velcroed onto themselves. Loosen 2 inner neprene straps (fasten at back of knee) to undo & slide off leg. Next time slide on, tighten inner straps first, then adjust surface 4 as needed. 2nd Pro tip: Side knee stabilizers movable, pushes out more when knee is fully bent. For stiffer support keep fully pushed in. For less support, more mobility, pull out slightly to desired stiffness.

Very good brace! It does the job, support in all the right places, reduces pain from unnecessary flexing, keeps knee in place while still giving some level of flexibility.

Overall I really like the knee braces. I'm 40 years old and have a rare form of Dwarfism and I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees and need them replaced so until I get the surgery I decided to try them. I've been wearing them for work each day and they have definitely helped with keeping my knees in place. The only cons I have is that they are not a breathable as I'd like and the inside bracket on both hurt at first on the inside of the knee after tightening the straps, but after a couple of minutes and walking it doesn't hurt or bother my knees. The fit is really good as well and fairly simple to adjust. Would recommend these for people with bad knees and knees that are unstable.

I got the XXL, I'm a 275lbs man. The straps are plenty big to stretch all the way around my leg. And there's a lot of straps, so it holds it securely, i've seen other ones slide up and down. This is not a tight sleeve. This totally opens up so you can wrap it correctly. I chose to wear it over the top of my sweats.As pictured in the video, so that tells you there's plenty of room to wrap it around my leg. If I wanted to go on bare skin, i could, I just don't want to sweat all day because there's something wrapped around my leg. At least if i'm sweating, it'll go into my sweatpants and wick away. The stabilizer bars were already in place, and I didn't want to open it up, just to look at them. That's usually the moment you messed something up.When it was preset at the factory and then you take it apart, just to look at it. The pain instantly subsided once it was around my leg. I'm able to walk and jump and step off high curbs without buckling and falling on the ground. I'm planning to get a few months out of this and then I'll replace it with another as needed. I'm pretty sure the straps that everything will wear down as I use it and that's expected. Whilst wearing it over the top on my sweats, it hasn't slipped. I adjusted the straps correctly, and it hasn't moved.Even though my sweats move, it doesn't. I looked at other ones I looked at once that had little Springs in them. I don't have Springs in me. I have joints, and this one had a joint that looked like it worked like my leg. Therefore I purchased it and i'm not regretting it, if I could give it a 500 stars, I would!

Good brace. I've had several over the years. It is designed well, with good fit and adjustments. It is not as well constructed, durable as I would expect. I mainly used for basketball one a week, so 3 x 45 plus another dozen times or so = about 150 times. Both straps on the bottom came off. I inspected the construction, sewing and it seemed a bit insufficient.

I had a torn miniscus, this brace was perfect! It provided the stability I needed to start healing. I was even able to sleep with it on so that I was not reinjuring it at night. Once I started wearing this, I was able to get up and down my stairs and I am almost completely healed after 7 days! I would definitely recommend this brace!

I bought one first at Walmart - couldn't even walk with it. This one on Amazon is GREAT! It flexes at the knee, is very comfortable, and perfectly supports my torn meniscus. No more pain for half the price of Walmart! Thank you!!!

This is a nice brace. It does the jobs to keep the knee in its place. But my only complaint with it is the back of the brace once you get it on an are wearing it for a while the back starts rolling down and I don’t like that I want it up against my leg. I think maybe it just need a thinker fabric maybe I’m not sure. But this is a really nice brace I have no other complaints aside from that one it’s a great brace.

I previously had the Sparthos Knee Brace in XXXL, but I lost over 60 lbs., and it no longer fit...too loose. I liked it so much I re-ordered a smaller size, and it fits great, feels good, too! It takes some time to get the combination of the open brace and the tension bands just right, but once you get it, the brace is much more comfortable than others I've tried. Seems to offer good support as well. Construction seems to be of good quality. Very satisfied with it.

La rodillera está muy buena, con calidad y precio , yo pedí una mediana pero me quedo un poco grande, y no se sujeta correctamente la rodilla, tenía que haber escogido una talla más pequeña 😟
