Hit the right notes for non-GMO and other important checks for a quality supplement. They have vitamin E as well, and although they don't specify DL or D form, the mixed Tocopherols is typically and indicator of the "D" or natural form not the synthetic which is mostly worthless health wise. The certified manufacturing means they follow FDA rules when making the product. Given it's in the USA, there much less chance I believe that they will go rancid before delivery and consumption. A good 45 day supply and a reasonable price for a quality supplement, needed by many people. Aids heart health and brain function. Recommended.

I have been taking Omega-3/fish oil as part of my routine vitamins daily for years. I normally use a known brand for fish oil with 360mg of Omega-3, but I thought I’d try these since I ran out. These are just a tiny bit smaller than my usual, and to get the full benefit, you need to take two of these capsules for 1500mg. That’s a significant increase to what I normally take. However, these are also a little more costly. My usual fish oil is about 6¢ each (requiring only 1 capsule), whereas this one is 66¢ (at current time) for the daily recommended amount and gives a little over 4 times the Omega-3. These are easy to take, no current taste or after taste. I did not notice any change from taking these, but then again, I have taken omega-3 for years, and I will continue to take them for their health benefits.

The most common source of the Omega-3 DHA EPA are fish oil derived from mackerel, salmon and sardines. This fish oil supplement bottle comes well-sealed, from an established brand. The capsules are about the same size as other standard fish oil capsule, go down smoothly, and have no bad fishy aftertaste. The omega-3 source from this bottle is simply labeled as 'Fish', no further specified details. The expiration date on the bottle is about 2 years from now. If this is just another fish oil supplement of comparable DHA EPA ingredients, then do your math and make your shopping decision accordingly.

The capsules are a little bigger than usual but they go down easily. The amounts of EPA and DHA are higher than usual, so it makes sense that they’re bigger. I ordered these in May of 2023 and the expiration date is in April of 2025, so that gives me more than enough time to use them. I bit into one, in an attempt to assess the quality. The fishy taste is minimal, so I think it’s pretty fresh. I like the codeage brand - I’ve had good results with them. Although, I take omega 3’s regularly, I don’t notice any particular effects from them. I think they’re important though based on the known health benefits.
