Very happy with my new toys.
I just received my package and I must say that I'm quite happy so far. I only had experience with cheap thermoplastic, mold-injected bands and --contrary to what most people say-- they weren't bad at all. They were good enough to wet my appetite and realise that this is the way I want to train for the rest of my life. I'm 56, and I have years of experience with calisthenics, machines, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells. As an ultra-minimalist myself, I always tried to focus on what really matters to get the most bang for buck out of my training. Basic calisthenics (pull-ups, dips/pushups, squats) will always be the staples of my routine, but I tried filling in the gaps with kettlebells for a couple years (shoulders, rows, hip-hinge). The problem is that even though kettlebells are as minimalist as they get for being free weights, they're still heavy iron that deserve their due respect. You need to warmup well to avoid injuries. Before doing overhead presses, for example, there's a lot of setup. You gotta lift the bells up from the floor, with a clean that's pretty much a deadlift plus an upright row. A lot of things can go wrong if you have a pinched disc. Besides, they're heavy and bulky to carry anywhere. Enter bands. Love at first sight. I had seen some videos from James Grage of Undersun and got hooked. Bands fill in the gaps nicely there where calisthenics don't fit the bill. Overhead presses? Just grab a heavy band and stretch it untill you hit failure. Done. Next exercise. Overhead presses, face-pulls, lateral raises, crossovers, rows, RDLs... all of these can be done with bands. Small, cheap, portable, practical, convenient, versatile. Do I really need the bar, the handles and the door anchor? Not really. But they're nice haves. I bought the whole combo because of the free shipping to Argentina. Otherwise I would have paid the same for the bands alone. As for the bands, I feel the difference with tpe. They stretch more smoothly and consistently. They feel strong, well built. I will update my review after a few months.

Great high quality resistance band set
Overall a very good product and extremely versatile for strength training work. I started off with it at a very beginner level, 2 months of weightlifting, and I have a lot of room to grow with this set (I use on average the "light" bands for most exercises, so they are definitely not lacking in power). Accessories: The bar is of a high quality and does not feel flimsy at all. It looks and feels very serious. The handles feel very nice too, and the carabeaners are very secure. I kinda wish they would include a picture showing different resistance band exercises or included a carrier bag for travel, but beyond that its a pretty standard square deal. I've only used them for a few weeks, so ill see how well they work for the long term. They feel sturdy so far. UPDATE: 5/1/26: So far the bands have held up pretty well. My medium bands developed a slight tear in the corner, but I think that was the result of the method I used to anchor the bands to the wall (which I've since fixed). The company sent me an ENTIRE new pack of bands, so they stand by their product and warranty pretty fiercely. I've since moved up in 3 months to exercises mostly with heavy bands and a few stacked exercises with EL +heavy bands. Overall the product is still excellent and I have yet to outgrown the set or even come close to such a point. 100% great product and excellent strength training. Tips: Use lubricant to allow for faster unscrewing of the steel triangle carabeaners.

Nice setup, bands n accessories seem good quality so far
1 yr warranty in case they do break. Handles nice quality, door catch, triangle shape carabineers come in handy for sure. Wish the triangle carabineers (nice they're flat like the bands except the big band is lil wider) wish they came with rollers built into them so they put less stress on bands hanging up on one spot, as the metal doesn't exactly slide on rubber to tension point. All n all happy with purchase so far, def great for many different workouts, will update on how long bands last. Wish i would've got set with bar since it's only 10 bucks more n way more to purchase separately, would suggest getting it if your getting the handle n carabineer package. Carabineer is really well built, strong n sturdy so I'd expect the bar to be jus as good. Also, i went to h.d. and bought some different type of web straps n stuff to make what can be done more versatile n also to have the cotton\poly web straps on bands to prevent damage. Check auto section if interested, also can get some screw in hanger hooks n stuff if have somewhere to put hooks at different heights to do different workouts. Wrap carabineers in medical tape or some cotton cloth tape maybe. Seen they have some band protectors that wrap around n Velcro together, to put part of band that's being stood on or on tension point to protect. Deducting one star for Carbineers not being wide enough for big band, might look to find some bigger ones to purchase separately that shouldn't have to.

Quality bands reasonable price
Nice quality. Consistent resistance. I use bands consistently for shoulder workouts for archery strength. These should serve me well for a quite a while

Great company
Edit: Even though the bands broke in under a year, the company sent me a new set literally next day after i explained the situation, got it in 2 days. Gonna need to work these babies out so they don't atrophy and snap again from lack of use Had these things for a year, used them maybe 3 times, just pulled them out today and they snapped after about 30 pushups...

Great Starter Set for Band Exercises
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a great set for the price. The bar is solid stainless steel and heavy. I like that it can be assembled as a short bar (2 sections) or long bar (all three sections). The attachments at the end spin nicely and keep the bands straight, as you curl or rotate the bar in use. The bands themselves seem to be high quality and over a good range of strengths. The extra heavy means I have room to grow with this before maxing out. All in all, I think this is a great purchase. I do plan to buy a foot board to stand on and loop the band under, rather than standing on the band directly. I think this will make it more comfortable and keep the bands from rubbing against me in use. My only complaint is that the carabiners are a little slow to change bands and they sometimes get caught as I move, causing the band to "jump". I'm hoping the footboard will help alleviate that.

Heavy Duty and strong bands!!!
These are the bands for individuals looking for heavy duty resistance!! They are great quality and what I have been looking for to supplement my strength stretching with negative resistance!!! Ive ordered and used the other brands on here, they are color coded!! They are great for average strength and beginners new to bands!!! I will post again in 6 months for durability review.. FYI the other brand I have used in the past still work and have held up for 3 years!!

Awful bands that must be avoided
It’s currently May 2, and one of the bands just snapped on me mid-workout. I received this product on March 13, so it lasted just over a month. I’ve always used these bands properly. I never stretch them beyond double their length, I don’t anchor them to anything except my own body, and I’ve never used them for pull-ups. My workouts are mostly standing exercises like shoulder presses and overhead tricep extensions—standard movements that these bands should absolutely be able to handle. The whole point of resistance bands is that they’re designed to stretch, yet a basic shoulder press is what destroyed mine. That’s unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that I originally upgraded to these because I had cheaper bands before, and those lasted me about a year before showing wear and tear. These more expensive bands didn’t even last over a month. I’ve seen other reviews claiming they lasted a year, but for the price I paid, this level of durability is not acceptable. I would understand if it snapped due to misuse—like anchoring it to a rough surface or using it for pull-ups—but I was exercising on a smooth yoga mat with the band anchored under my foot. There’s no way I overstretched it under those conditions. To make matters worse, the band snapped back and hit me, which is why I’m so frustrated writing this. I would not recommend these bands at all.
