I absolutely love this Ambimall floor lamp. I have gone through two other lamps trying to find one that gave enough light, and this one is by far the best. I bought two to brighten up two corners of the room, but honestly, one lamp does the job perfectly. It gives off so much light and really makes the space feel brighter and more comfortable. The remote is a huge plus. I’m always losing remotes, so I love that this one has a magnet and sticks right to the pole. Such a smart little detail, but it makes a big difference. Assembly was very simple. It is a little DIY, but nothing difficult at all. It took me about 10 minutes total to remove the plastic, read the directions, put it together, and place it where I wanted it. The dimmable brightness and color temperature options are also great because I can adjust the lighting depending on the mood or time of day. Overall, this lamp looks modern, works beautifully, and gives excellent light. I highly recommend it!

This lamp is great! It has a minimalist build, and it doesn't take up any space. I had to laugh at myself a bit because I couldn't see at first how to seal the two sides of the shade together. It is a Velcro edge. So once I realized that, I was able to finish putting the shade together and thus complete building the lamp. Other than some very minor bumps putting it together, I love this lamp. It is amazing to me how bright this 9V bulb gets. Having a remote control for it is like icing on the cake, and it is very easy to learn. One more thing to note is that the base is very stable and sturdy. All in all, I have nothing to complain about, and I highly recommend this lamp.

Pros: I wanted a slender floor lamp to add light to a dark corner. This does the trick - it's slender with a simple classic design and a relatively compact base that's well-weighted. I wouldn't call the lamp sturdy but it's sturdy enough. It was easy to assemble. I'd call it a soft accent light rather than one that's suitable for reading or intense work, but it provides a soothing glow. I like that you can use the remote to switch between different warm/cool settings and light intensity, and that there's a button for a 1-hour shutoff timer. Con: Oh, that remote. Once the lamp is on, I have no issues controlling the lamp with the remote. The challenge is getting it to switch on in the first place. Sometimes one press of the power button works. More often it takes multiple presses. This morning it was 13 presses of the power button. Again, once the lamp turns on the remote works great - it just takes a while to get to that point! Based on other reviews, it seems like the remote control issue is just the luck of the draw. Some people get a flaky remote, most people don't. I did. However, I like this lamp otherwise so it's a keeper.

I bought this one for my best friend who expects for a remot control lamp. This lamp is perfect which can adjust brightness based on needs. It is easy to setup. The remote control is wonderful which allows to turn off the light without getting up from beds. The size matches well with the room. Highly recommended.

The lamp came packaged well and was easy to set up. The light has temperature options and brightness settings that are perfect for any time of day. The remote connectivity is bad. It disconnects all the time, it takes multiple clicks to actually turn the light on and change the settings. It doesn't make a difference how close I am to the lamp and I have replaced the batteries with no changes. I think either the remote is faulty or it has some sort of issue connecting to the lamp itself. I followed the instructions on how to connect the remote the first time so I do not believe it's operator error.

A great little lamp that went together quick and easy and gets the job done. It's a bit flimsy and the shade is in particular but, it's totally functional and looks and works fine. For the $30 or so I paid - it;s a very good value.

Just received it: very easy to assemble, works perfectly and looks really nice! I love that it comes with the on/off pedal, remote which sticks to the lamp pole as it’s magnetic and has different tons of colours (blue, yellow and white). I’ll be using it lots - I highly recommend!

I bought two of these for a couple of dark rooms. They're on the cheaper side of lights but don't feel cheap. The remote is kind of great too. You can change the light intensity and color with the remote which is a nice feature. Unlike an Ikea light which is light weight these have a heavy base. The metal segments are made of decently thick metal so when you screw them together the whole thing is stable. The blind though feels a bit cheap. It's just a square plastic sheet with some fabric on one side. The thing clips onto a ring on each end and velcro holds it together. You then mount the blind on the lamp and screw a plastic ring on after to hold it. Weirdly they rolled it backwards so the clips are facing out which makes installing it a bit of a pain because the shape is backwards. Once you install it though is seems ok but I wouldn't take it apart since the there are only three small clips per side and if they break there is nothing to hold the blind to the ring. I'd say the lamp is definitely worth the 50$ especially with the remote.

Affordable simple nice light. I’d recommend it BUT it has limits. —-Equivalent 60W bulb comes in the box that doesn’t emit as much light as I hoped. Warning!- the remote and bulb that come with the light are programmed together. Replacement or brighter dimmable (100W equivalent) dimmable lights won’t dim and won’t be responsive to the remote- a new bulb will just function as an off/on light through the foot switch at its highest lumens or brightness. The company sells an affordable lightbulb and remote combo for replacement…. but only the 60W equivalent.
