Very happy
Although it is all plastic framed it is an excellent optic for the price and the green dot is amazing. Easy to zero in especially with a bore sight to save ammo. I love mine.

Great quality, low price, but lense size is tiny and dot is blurry/oval
Pros: Clear glass, no distortions in the glass itself. Bright dot in daytime. Properly dimmed dot at nighttime. Shake awake has never failed. Auto off feature works and saves battery life. Rubber cover is helpful when in storage. Cons: Glass dimensions are just too small, i.e. too tiny to be useful at arms length, i.e. takes too long to find the dot in such a small sight (only 22mm wide, 16mm tall) when it is 2.5 feet from your eye. Glass scratches a little too easy to suit me, guess I was expecting something a little more resilient like a cell-phone-screen-level of scratch resistance? Misc: Open sights are much quicker to use or a red dot with a much larger lens window. I personally need something larger in both X (22mm) and Y (16mm) directions.

Game Changer
This green dot is a game changer! I am 72YO. Very near sighted. I have double astigmatisms, and the beginnings of cataract s. I have used red dots on rifles for years. Iโve grown accustomed to starbursts and wigglies in my optic. The difference is startling. This gives me a clear crisp green dot that yes I do see better. Itโs cut my combat speed groupings at least in half. I completely recommend this product to you.

I regret this purchase.
Received yesterday. I have tried reflex sights from $20 to $500. This is the worst I have ever used. I got back and removed this from my PR57. Hopefully I can find someone to give this away to. I will probably stick with Iron sights on pistols. Looking through this it is extremely hard to find the dot. Even the range officer said it was terrible. We spent almost an hour trying to sight this in. I should've just bought a HOLOSUN. That sighted in easy on my PS90 and the grouping shows where the money went.

You get what you pay for.
Overall, the optic is what you get for the price. Sure, it's a quarter of the price of other higher quality optics, but it's lacking the features and attention to detail competitors offer. Some corners are definitely cut, but you can't beat the pricetag. This optic does what it was designed to do no problem, but there are better options on the market. The BAD: -Right off the bat, the housing on this optic flexes and warps when you install the screws. The owner's manual advises 8-10 inch pounds torque setting, make sure you remain in that spec or you'll crack the "High Strength Thermomolded Polymer" (Feels like Injection-molded ABS). -The edges of the glass from the have very visible glue beading from too much glue, which I guess is preferable to having too little glue. This does not affect the window and is not visible when aiming the optic, but it's definitely an eye-sore. -The underside of the optic has a very visible gap to where you can actually see the 2032 battery. This could very much cause a problem with humidity and moisture entering the optic and corrroding/destroying electronics. Most other companies with bottom-loading battery trays include a sealing plate to prevent this (see Trijicon), but Viridian does not. The GOOD: -Price is cheap, could definitely mount this on a plinking gun and have no issue, but on a defensive pistol I wouldn't put my life on it. -Comes with multiple different screws for different threads, a slip-on protective rubber cover, three allen keys for installation and zeroing, a cleaning cloth, and a pic rail mount. -Doesn't look super tacky or cheap, the housing is sleek and minimal.

Quickly attached to M&P9 2.0
The Veridian RX 11 is easy to attach to pistol. The green dot is easy to see and there was no adjustment required. It has proven to be very accurate. It is always on when the firearm is moved. It goes to sleep in a short period of time when the firearm has not been moved.
