That would depend on how you plan on mounting it. On the vertical flap where the v mount attaches, there are 1/4" threaded holes.

how to I connect it to Tilta cage?

If your cage is not equipped an Arca-Swiss plate, you can use the small quick release plate in the package to install it at the bottom of the cage and then install it on this plate. Do I need a camera cage for this to screw on or can I just attach it to the camera body itself?

You can screw it directly onto the camera but I would highly recommend getting a cage with arca-swiss on the bottom.
