I bought these as a creative way to patch the many holes that occur on pant legs for my boys. The assortment is cute and varies. I did get a skull hand giving the middle finger which is totally not appropriate for Elementary age kids but will tuck that away for use at a later time. I followed the instructions given online on Amazon and a few minutes later cute patches covered all the little pant holes.

Patches are colorful and seem well made. The great majority are tiny and 5 medium size. I hope they stay on after I wash the garments.

I couldn't believe what a good deal for the money spent this was! There is a huge variety in sizes and color. All of the patches seem well made, aside from one. I was only unable to use two (including the frayed one) that were super ugly from a pack of 50! I especially love the cocktail ones! Like other customers I received the middle finger patch, so I suggest you look through the pack before distributing it. There was a very 'gluey' smell at first but it went away quickly. If you don't want to spend 6 dollars per patch, buy this!

Had a project where each child in our group of friends could make something at home, and wherever we finally get together could show off what they made. Each was sent a hat, shirt, and a small denim bag to add letters and patches. I figured 50 was a good variety for 5 kids. There were a lot for the girls but few for the boys. I was very happy I sorted through these before showing the little ones to chose which they wanted - these are not all ‘child friendly!’ In the bunch were a bony finger ‘flipping the bird’ (I didn’t make that out from the picks until seeing in person!) - a very freaky scorpion, a bear growling that looks ready to rip your face off, and some other more mature themes like alcohol and make up. The later wouldn’t bother me so much, but they would be a no go for my friends. It still left us with a decent selection per child I guess and off they went. The worst was the application. Hat-all 5 kids did not stick at all, shirts stuck for about an hour to a day and then peeled off, denim bag was the most success but I wouldn’t wash them or drag them about. We each followed the same directions but it was like the adhesive just separated from the patch or became less sticky the more we tried. Young kids don’t sew - which meant lots of angry adults sending me pictures of them hand sewing. Still decent for the price- but know your audience and expect to pick up a nice sharp needle if it needs to stick for more than a day or so.

These patches came exactly as pictured/described. Very cute and fun variety, they are good quality and not too thin. I sewed them on rather than iron because they are going on my daughter's overalls for a school activity, I needed them to be super durable. That being said, I can't comment on how well they adhere when ironed. I would buy them again.

I got these to throw into goody bags, and also to send in envelopes as random acts of kindness to people. I also sewed quite a few onto my children's clothes. It's a good value, and overall the patches are worth the price. There was something for everyone's interest. I didn't try ironing them, they were easy enough to sew. No fraying, good quality.
