These were perfect for the project I used them for. I used them for wood burning for Christmas presents and stained it and it was perfect they didn't crack or warp and were sturdy.

These are great! They're nice and thick, with great edges. I've done a project on one of them so far and it came out amazing. I got them to do wood burning on, and they take the burning tool well.

I was hoping for a bit more usable surface and a little less bark, but the wood is flat and clear of any stains or wood rote so for the price, I'll be ordering again, but one size wider.

This wood is very sturdy. The thickness is very nice looks nice for engraving. The shape of the is a great shape. Good value for the money. The functionality is great. I will update when I start engraving

Worked well when I sent it to a laser engraving place. The edges do flake off, because it is real bark.

Walnut Hollow Basswood is the best for wood burning in my opinion. I love how well it works, the surface is very smooth allowing for any picture to burn with no problem and they look very nice when finished with the natural live edge from the bark. These pieces are marked as small in size but each piece is not that small measuring an average of 30cm by 25cm and 2.5cm thick each. They were delivered very fast too. Highly recommended and will use again, thank you.

These were the second batch we bought, the first batch were reasonable quality, this batch however were very low quality very few clear boards in any of the boxesWill not be buying them again

I needed this to make a flute stand and it worked nicely. My only complaint is that some of the bark is chipping off, so not sure how to prevent this. I will glue back whatever will detach. The plate I received (small) was very nice and would have been excellent for drawing or burning as there was no imperfection on the wood. I painted mine in black because I wanted it to match my furniture and it's really nice, just the right thickness for my flute stand.

I never thought I would pay this much for a small piece of wood, but live edge is popular, so I'll be crafting gifts for giving this year.The wood has been treated and that allows the bark edges to stay fixed for a long time. Untreated live edge can shed the bark as the wood dries out.
