2-in-1 Pram Lock + Bag Clip, Keep Pram/ Stroller/ Pushchair Safe and Secure, 3 Digit Combination Pram/ Bike/ Wheelchair Lock, Black

Got this for a bugaboo pram, as the shopping bag clips that came with it just 'flew off'! Saw someone using this at our local waitrose so decided to give it a whirl. It is a very sturdy item. The foam is nice and thick and ensures that the top 'fat' end of the ring sits safely on the handlebar and does not move. The combination lock is interesting - not entirely sure what value it has yet, but we can envisage that if a bag is put into the lock and on the pram it is harder to 'lift and walk away with' when out in a coffee shop etc. However if you are not around, well thieves can do what they like - but it adds some level of protection. Easy to select the combination using the big number wheels, and the lock just slides up. You can change the combination - but word of warning our unit came with a non-000 combination. It was easy to 'hack' open the unit by sense, but again its not a super secure unit, just adds peace of mind. Sturdy enough to hold many shopping bags - but of course the most important thing is not to topple a pram by overloading one end. All in all very pleased with this shopping bag clip - which is what we really bought it for.

This product is rubbish! It doesn’t open so you can’t use it let alone reset the combination. Don’t buy. Would give no stars if I could!

This is my 3rd one in two 1,5 years. They are great use. However the silver bit (with numbers on) always detaches from the main part as the tiny screw holding them always breaks after a while. Either it is too thin for that use or it just the way it is. But after all, this is still the only decent one on the market.

Firstly, I wouldn't have paid full price. Product generally looks cheap but it functions fine. I brought it to attach my fold up travel booster seat to my pram while going away to a theme park so I can leave the pram chained without having to carry the booster seat. So for that function its perfect. I can see how it could be difficult to chain to a fence as its just a caribina but you would check to see where the best anchor point for your pram is and figure out how close to the fence you can get it and obviously use a fence that isnt too fat! So the fact it doesnt work for some people isnt fault of the product. It wouldn't work on my pram for this function so I have brought a seperate lock. Ive noticed some of the reviews said that they tried to change the combination and its stuck and now the new and old combination doesnt work. Well this happened to me but it was because I accidentally released the pin when changing it and whichever number the pin slipped on was the combination it had set to. It was pretty simple problem and a process of elimination to fix it.

We brought 2 of these soon after having my first born in 2014. They were used nearly every day for 3 years! One broke 4 weeks into have my second born so I replaced it with a new one, then the second one broke 6 weeks after having my newborn (hes now 8 weeks old) so we’ve just brought our 2nd replacement! I’d say that’s amazing right....... over 3 years of heavy duty use and they’ve only just needed replacing! And they’ve carried a lot of weight over the years! They’ve been florida and back with us, they’ve been on days out carrying heaps of picnic stuff, swimming stuff, Bags of spare clothes, shopping (lots and lots of shopping) even managed the big Christmas shops! Go for them they are fab, and and they double up as great she’ll locks if you have to leave your buggy unattended, in Florida we also put them on the wheels when we went off to do rides!

We used this as a pram lock during a trip to Disney, but unfortunately, the code mechanism failed. Despite entering the correct code, it wouldn’t open, and we had no choice but to cut it off. A real letdown in a high-stress situation. The concept is great, but the reliability just wasn’t there for us.

I bought this clip/lock so my wife could use it to secure her handbag to the pushchair whilst out shopping. However, as soon as it arrived and I set my preferred combination code, it unlocked okay a couple of times and then jammed into a locked position. One of the dials seems to spin too freely, so there is probably a problem with the mechanism (something I've noticed has been mentioned in several other reviews). Luckily this happened before I gave the lock to my wife to use, even though it's very easy (probably too easy), to open the clip even when in the locked position. It would work okay as a clip for hanging things off your pushchair/buggy, but in my opinion useless as a lock. Not only does it not operate smoothly, it can also be opened far too easily by a potential thief. I'm sending mine back.

This is a super useful and essential pram accessory. I use it to carry bags, attach a dog lead and it’s there if I need to ever lock the pram. It’s large and robust and it doesn’t slide off the pram handle. It means I can put at least 2 large bags for life supermarket shopping on the pram so my hands are free to tend to baby or picking up shopping. I do scan and shop in the supermarket now pushing pram and bags looped on so I don’t have to use a dirty trolley or the conveyor belts. I have had other pram carabiners and they weren’t anywhere near as robust

acheté avec un autre cadenas (avec un câble rétractable) il a été très pratique pour attacher mon sac sur la poussette. Pas de risque de perdre son sac mais surtout de se le faire voler lors d'une sortie. ne prend pas beaucoup de place (se glisse facilement dans le sac à langer) et pourra être recyclé lorsque je n'aurai plus l'utilité d'une poussette

The idea is great and so we bought it for the pram. However the design is just not that well thought through. 1) the locking mechanism just is not deep enough for the nose of the jaw (how else can I describe it??) to stay in place firmly. 2) Its not wide enough to come off and go on easy enough. Prams these days are sturdy with fat handles and rubber covers and what not and once opened, it takes quite a bit of fiddly moves to slide this off the frame. 3) Not long enough. It really needed to have a larger circumference to be useful for purpose. I would look around and perhaps go to a cycle shop for something better.

Ne se ferme pas bien. La qualité n'est pas au rendez vous. Je suis déçue ! A voir si le mousqueton seul sans le cadena soit de meilleur qualité ....
