So they do something. I wear these at night and after 30 minutes or so my feet relax. I also noticed my feet do not hurt the weeks I use these. They do take a few nights before I see any benefits. Will they help you? Maybe. My wife tired them and didn't notice a difference. I use them and after a week they are a white of yellow color when I remove them instead of the black or green colors from the first week.

My husband uses them but I do not. I sleep too restless for them to stay on my feet as I sleep. Our wellbeing was better while using them, but we cannot tell if it pulls toxins out of our bodies because of the charcoal and the lack of instructions. We really did not know what to look for. I will tell you that the smell of them coming off is not as good as the smell of them when you first put them on. The smell coming off is like burnt wood. Overall, I do not think that we will purchase again.

I really like these foot patches. They are made very well. They do show the toxins that have left your body on the pads. I recommend them to others.

I'm on my second 5 day cycle. You wear them 5 days, take 2 days off, next pack 5 days, repeat. So when I started using these, immediately the next morning and every one after, I woke up feeling WELL RESTED and alert. I have been waking up before my alarm every day. The pads are black when I pull them off in the morning. I'm not sure if that's what happens every time but the second set is just as black as the first. I'm like, is that the toxins? Lol. Hope so. Either way, I love how i feel when I wake up. Not groggy or anything.

First when i saw the ad for this product I was very excited about it specially that it said it relief diabetic pain after i received my package i used it and for sure it turned black in the morning then i googled it and to my surprise it said no one has ever approved of it and the black stuff on it is the bad stuff in our buddy that being flush out by the liver and kidney regarding the diabetic pain after using the whole box no change on that righter .
