So far so good
Just received it, the quality feels good and it looks good on the bike. It’s heavy, I like that. The only thing now to test is a, the quality of how it actually holds while riding and secondly hopefully the red doesn’t fade to pink like every other Chinese product after a few months. Only time will tell. So far it’s a buy, if it doesn’t pass the other 2 hopefully I can submit and update b

Very solid, but be mindful - Panigale V2
This thing isn't going anywhere! No movement when mounted. Also it's well packaged and easy to install. Bonus points for the color matching with red bikes... The only downside is it's really easy to lose the knob on the underside of the chassis. The knob tightens the black arm on top of the mount that slides down to contact the top of the phone and keep it in the holder. If you don't tighten that nut/knob EVERY time you install OR REMOVE a phone, it will vibrate loose and disappear as happened to me. I forgot to tighten when I removed my phone after the last ride. Not sure if it deserves to lose a star for that. On one hand it's user error, on the other hand it's only a matter of time until someone forgets, so it'd be way better to make the nut captive. Don't waste your $ on a Ram X Mount!!!

Worth the money
Didn’t want to go cheap of a motorcycle phone mount and I’m extremely happy width how this one turned out. Perfect bike. Had it for over two months now and that thing holds even going 160-170 mph.

Doesn’t hold phone
Shipping was great, product looked good & installed easily. But on 2nd ride, installed phone & tightened screw, 30 miles into ride I notice my phone was gone. Thought it might have been installation error, but found with small amount of vibration screw comes loose allowing phone to fall out. Had to purchase new phone which cost me additional $1400. Really disappointed it did not work. It appeared to be a quality product.

Unfortunate outcome
Product came incomplete, didn't have the most important pieces that connect into the key two screw areas, the two black tube looking things you first put on and the hardware. Empty part 2 and part 3 bags and no instructions included. Will be returning unfortunately needed for a long ride and now I won't be able tk join
