What are the mix ratios for this sprayer? My coil cleaner says to mix 1 part cleaner to 3 parts water. Is there a 1:3 ratio setting?

are Replacement tips available?

Not that I've seen but there are cheaper versions of this kit which have the same foaming spray tip. You can also check for car wash foamers-they may have some parts.

Can I use this to spray chemical on my house siding that is 2 stories high? If NO, why not?

It may not spray that high. I have excellent water pressure and it will only reach about 15 feet. Shooting straight up, no way to make it all the way to the top of the second floor.
