Pretty good
It's pretty good. Pretty solid. You can still kind of feel the floor a little but that's not really a big deal. Never bought a yoga mat before so the only downfall for me was I assumed it would be wider. Pat, the width is good enough for usage now.

Big & Long enough
I'm a big guy and all the yoga mats I found were either to thin, bad quality or not long or wide enough. Then I ordered this mat and found it to be suitable for my needs. It's comfortable and handles body moisture well. Easy to clean and roll up. Was a good purchase.

I'm 6'4" And Wondered Why I Waited So Long To Buy This
I've been doing yoga for more than 30 years and have always used traditional yoga mats. I needed a new yoga mat and found this one on Amazon and was very intrigued as it was super long. I bought it and what a difference it makes. I no longer have to "skootch" to fit on the mat and it is oversized so no matter what position I take up, I'm on the mat.The thickness is ideal for all floor surfaces. It is not made of the typical sticky mat, it is smooth and has a touch less grip. But I got used to that very quickly and I recommend this for all yogis.
