I was very impressed by how much weight this can hold as it will definitely hold my vest and plates. And still plenty strong. It was nice added feature, putting the handle when you turn the hanger upside down to carry your gear. Nicely made

I’ve been really impressed with the Tough Hook. It’s incredibly versatile and much sturdier than expected. I’m currently using each hook to hang two fully loaded backpacks, and it holds them with no sagging or issues at all. it’s been rock solid in daily use. Definitely a high-quality hook that lives up to its name. Highly recommend!

If you are in law enforcement or military and have to hang a plate carrier at home, this hanger is perfect. It it sturdy and will not bend or break even with a loaded carrier hanging. Much better value than trying to find hangers at the local walmart or other stores. The width of the hanger does make it impossible to hang from a standard hook in a vehicle, but using a crossover bar for clothing does make it possible. The design with the hanger on one side and a handle on the other is quite interesting. While I understand the idea, being able the flip the hanger just to carry it a short distance is not very effective. The hanger has always become hung on a vest without giving a vertical grip. It would be like trying to carry it with the handle angled over. For that reason, I tend to only use the oversized hook for hanging and carrying.

This tough hook is very sturdy, looks amazing and is great to either hang or carry my plate carrier. Doesn’t bend which is great I had keep my plate carrier on the floor before but now I can carry it and hang it anywhere.

They are expensive for a hanger but they are worth it. I use them in my gym to hang my weighted vests. I have 6 hangers with vests ranging from 6-60 pounds on them with no issues. I have been using these hangers for years now and they are still holding strong. I would highly recommend them for hanging any heavy garment or items such as a wight vest, bullet proof vest, ruck sac, kids school backpack

If you are running LBVs i.e. chest rigs, plate carriers, tac racks, load harnesses, or very heavy and bulky outerwear, these hangers are what you want. Absolutely bombproof, excellent finish, and made in the USA. Yes, a little pricey for a hanger but a bargain for professionally hanging and accessing your kit. The earth tones are appreciated.

Well built, multiple hook and hold points. Feels well made, only gripe is I received a one that looks like it was refurbished.

As other reviewers have stated it appears someone is having trouble identifying the black color hanger. I too received a green one instead. As for the hanger it is quite impressive. I love how sturdy and how well it is able to hold my kevlar vest. The handle to carry it was also a great idea. My only complaint is getting the wrong color.

These hangers are incredibly strong. You could easily suspend a person from one of them... I use them to hang my Jiujitsu gi's from as they tend to destroy normal hangers. These ones feel like they'll last for decades...

I waited for these hangers to go on sail and purchased 5 (for backpacks, life jackets and other harness). they are solid and have a great carry handle. Awesome for letting gear dry. Much more stable and sturdy than what I have been using (3 heavy plastic Coat hangers taped together).

I was looki g for something to ha g my duty vest which everyday hangers and hooks are no match. came across this big thick hanger and it does the job. Sturdy enough to hold my duty belt and vest. its like using 10 hangers laminated together.

Works perfect and no problem at all for my 45 lb weight vest. Good solidly built product. Came quickly and happy with the hanger.
