Pure Musk by Lattafa - EDP 100ml

It’s exactly what I wanted to be honest. It’s so inoffensive that the smell might be mistaken as not smelling of anything at all, but it’s exactly what i was looking for; a long lasting perfume that I could use as a signature base body smell that smelt of “my skin, but better” - a perfume that can be oversprayed liberally after showering and applying body cream. Unlike other white musk smells it doesn’t have bergamot, vanilla, oud, rose or any other notes. It’s not going to be appealing to you if you want a white musk that has any character or if you’re looking for a fresh bright crisp scent like Neroli Portofino, orange perfumes, 1711 cologne, byredo blanche, gypsy water, moschino toy boy, musk mood lattafa, or other white musk variations. If you want a more punchier soapy white musk, that’s reliable and cheap go for Tesori dorient, it’s not long lasting but more crispier and soapy in scent. This is like white musk from the body shop but with ridiculous longevity, and a screamy harsh cold initial opening. But after a few sprays it’s not as harsh. If you’re a Muslim, and you don’t want to wear scents, it’s a safe blind buy as it’s very safe to wear to mosques and in public without offending anyone with strong sweet or oud scents. All in all it smells clean, like a bar of mildly scented soap so people will just think you smell like you have just come out of a shower, with fresh clothing (permitted that’s actually true and the perfume is not used to cover body odours lol). But it’s not a citrusy fresh scent. It’s pure musk. And you have to like white musk to enjoy this. I bought it for 11 pounds but Amazon keeps changing the price increasing it. But for 11-13 pounds it’s worth it. Don’t pay anything more for this.

Very clean smell. Perfect if you are looking for a soft perfume.

This is a very fresh laundry smell. Do NOT overspray there’s a synthetic smell that can be quite offensive. I use this as a room spray and everyone gives me compliments on how nice the house smells lol Def not a perfume i would wear.

I bought this thinking it would be a wearable musk, with some warmth and softness with a bit of complexity. It’s nothing of the sort. This smells exactly like Ariel Washing powder. It’s a harsh and very, very basic scent. You cannot wear this as a perfume, you can’t even layer over it as it’s such a harsh chemical smell. It also cannot be used as an air freshener because who the hell wants their home to smell of washing up powder?! Terrible purchase. I’m literally gonna use this to spray my wheelie bins go stop them from smelling to bad. There are plenty of sophisticated musks out there, this is not one of them. What a waste of money!

It has a long-lasting scent, it smells clean, like clothes soaked in fabric softener, it's a pleasure to put on.

This is not a great scent from Lattafa. It is very average. Very inoffensive but doesn't have great lasting power. I think I will use mine as a room freshener. Excellent value whatever you do with it!

Amazing perfume, it’s a very clean, dry , musky scent that lingers on your clothes even after washing.
