I bought this nooncrazy resistance band set to supplement home workouts and to support pull-up progression without relying on gym access. As someone who is quite new to resistance bands, I can't compare these to other brands, but I've been very impressed with them so far. The bands feel well-made, and the included attachments are of good quality. I've used the bands up to the 15-35 lb resistance level, and they provide a good range of resistance for different exercises. The door attachment is particularly useful and adds a lot of versatility to workouts. After using them for a couple of weeks, I find them easy to use, and convenient. Las compré hace ya bastante tiempo y, aunque había olvidado hacer la reseña, después de haberlas utilizado durante bastante tiempo puedo decir que estoy muy contenta con ellas. El material se ve de buena calidad, son bastante gruesas y no dan sensación de ser unas bandas endebles o de mala calidad. Además, los complementos que incluyen resultan muy útiles y permiten hacer bastantes ejercicios diferentes. Las utilizo habitualmente en mi rutina semanal y me parecen muy funcionales. Puedes preparar una rutina para trabajar prácticamente todo el cuerpo sin necesidad de utilizar pesas. Al principio pueden resultar bastante exigentes, especialmente si nunca has utilizado bandas de resistencia, porque realmente ofrecen bastante resistencia. En mi caso, que hago ejercicio con frecuencia y también practico boxeo, me han resultado especialmente útiles para trabajar la fuerza y la resistencia. Incluso las he incorporado a mis entrenamientos para complementar mi preparación. Después de todo este tiempo de uso, siguen funcionando muy bien y el material continúa viéndose en buenas condiciones. Para mí han sido una muy buena compra y estoy muy contenta con ellas.

Rien à redire sur le produit au vu du tarif. Moins bonne finition et ergonomie que d'autres produits identiques de "marque", mais tellement moins cher... Et on peut faire exactement les mêmes exercices. Ce sera donc largement suffisant pour mon vieux corps meurtri par des années d'haltères et machines.
