3.5 hours to put together alone but well worth it
I put this together myself and it took about 3.5 hours. The 2 pull out drawers arent deep enough to get a silverware organizer in (just barely short) but you can put one below in the base on one of the shelves. A big bonus is you can adjust the shelves at the bottom to 3 different heights so you can put pots/pans etc in there. The directions were clear and they give you plenty of extra hardware just in case you lose some later on. My tip would be to use a longer screwdriver as the one they give you will take you longer to screw in all the many pieces. Lastly i would get a 2nd person to help you put on the top as it is heavy and you have to hover it over the base once you get it assembled so you can line up all the holes. It can be done with 1 person but having a 2nd would make it easier. I also wouldnt use a power drill as they recommend as i could see you possibly over tightening the screws in some steps and cracking the wood (if you are careful though the assembly would go alot faster) The base doors also have a magnet which i like so they stay closed. Its a beautiful piece

Nice
This is nice, the back could be a little bit more sturdy but other than that it’s very useful. I bought this for my laundry room and it works really well. The instructions were a bit confusing but we got it done, it did take some time though. I like that I can hide my laundry and cleaning supplies. The doors are drawers close nicely. I like how part of the top folds down and I can lift it up if I need to iron on it.

Pretty cart, but be very careful in assembly.
I got this cart to replace my old microwave stand which had become a bit wobbly. I do assemble smaller furniture like this on my dining room table (with a quilt down to protect my table) because I am old and arthritic and cannot get down on the floor anymore. (Well, I can get down but not up again without major effort!). Things were going well until I tried to put the back pieces in. (The back is two vertical pieces that are so thin, they are warped slightly and flap rather like wings. It is difficult to fit them into the grove provided.) Anyway I managed to tip the cart over trying to force fit it and it hit on the table with disastrous consequences for the cart. The cross bar split where the fasteners entered the piece. OK, so now I needed a replacement part. The instruction manual says "for fastest response email this address." which I did. Got no response. However, then I went through Amazon and got an immediate response. They promised to send a replacement part which arrived directly from the factory in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, when I restarted assembly, I realized at least one of the side panels had also split, I emailed again asking for another part, and this time they volunteered to resend an entire new unit at no charge. The new unit arrived two days later and, armed with the experience of the first attempt, I got this one together without any problems. The back was still difficult to add to the assembly. This time I did not put the two pieces together first as instructed. Rather, I put each piece in separately and then slid the plastic holder between the two pieces, gently nudging it with a rubber mallet. I was worried that it still seemed wobbly side to side, but when I put the last pieces in that wedge the back into place, everything steadied up and it is now quite fine. When I first finished assembly, the front two cabinet doors showed a gap of about half an inch. However, following the instructions to adjust the hinges was easy and closed the gap to a much smaller amount, and I am pleased with how this looks in my dining room. The drawer slides easily and holds misc items like trivets. I have my corn popper and crock pot stashed underneath which gave me more counter space and made my kitchen look neater. I did not put the wheels on. They made the cart a bit too high for my liking. I did velcro 4 rubber pads on the bottom to lift it about half an inch off the floor. Otherwise the doors would scrape on the floor because they come to the very bottom of the cart. All in all, I am happy with the cart. However, I regard the material it's made from to be "fragile". I would not recommend doing much pushing it around as I think the joints might loosen as the material degrades with vibration. Sides, shelf, and bottom are only 1/2 inch thick. Back and drawer bottom are only about 1/8" thick, so do not put a lot of weight in the drawer. Customer service was outstanding. They went way beyond my expectations.

Just what I was looking for
Great kitchen island for the price. Easy assembly but took some time due to the amount of pieces. Fits great in my space and provides much needed storage. Fairly sturdy, doesn't wobble or feel like it's going to fall apart like a lot of cheap flat pack furniture. Product was missing a couple minor pieces but the seller was very responsive and resolved it quickly. Would buy from them again.

Could be cute with improvement
First, I ordered the island and recieved storage tubs, but after much work in trying to reach a human, they were able to help me so I did not need to return the tubs because the return label was not working. They did send a replacement very quickly! Unfortunately, the design and dimensions are pretty off. We had to make our own holes to allow the cupboard doors to open, but the gap between them is pretty big. There are parts in the hardware that are not mentioned at all in the instructions. The doors stick out (probably why the gap exists), and ours also sit too high, so they rub on the bottom of drawer. It also wobbles back and forth no matter what we tried whole putting it together, so it's not sturdy. I have no time to bother with the hassle of disassembling this one to return it, so I am hoping to get sone sort of discount, and we'll just modify it ourselves to strengthen it and close the gap somehow. The company is still trying to charge me for an additional kitchen island, even though I never received the first one, as they sent me a big storage tub. I was told this had been taken care of and to kerp or dispose of the tubs. Its also nearly impossible to reach anyone for customer service. I highly recommend avoiding purchasing from this vender.

Nice Design, Subpar materials
Pros 1. So this thing is pretty. 2. It went together easily 3. Well engineered design. 4. Doors open and close easily. 5. Drawer opens and closes easily. easy to put in or remove. Cons 1. very cheap on materials. a. hinges are great design.. but made out of the thinnest stamped metal they could get away with. b. thickness of MDF/laminate parts. sides, bottom, doors etc.. They are thin.. very thin. 1/2 inch true thickness. with the top being just over a half inch.. maybe 9/16 c. castors. again made out of the thinnest stamped metal they could make it out of with very cheap hard plastic wheels. d. handles and towel hanger aluminum but constructed very lightly compared to ones on my cabinates in the house of the same design. 2. not all the pieces lined up correctly. The holes did line up and it assembled easily but one of the sides is not true and square to the bottom that has the castors on it. The bottom sticks out past the left side somewhere between a 1/16 to 1/8 at the front corner. all other corners aligned correctly. The advanced design of the hinges allowed to door to adjust so it matched the other side and looks good. it all works but if you blow on it hard it will break. It's like they took decent modern hardware designs and re-engineered them to use less metal and be more light weight. I'm sure on the procurement of 100,000 of thousands of them it saved them a huge amount of money. It's the difference in the construction of a traditional stick built house and a mobile home. Both look great but the mobile home isn't as sturdy. Same here. We got this as a simple microwave stand in a recessed corner it perfectly fits in and the 2.2 cubic ft microwave perfectly fits the top footprint of this. Microwave is only 20 or 30 lbs so wont stress it. I think it will function and last well for that one thing. We will see about doors and drawer longevity depending on if we use those much. If purchased to actually act as a moving counter top in the kitchen anywhere near people traffic, i would expect it to break rather quickly. hinges will take a beating if doors are opened and closed a lot, or stressed at all. Same with drawer. It's light. My kid's would self destruct them in months with how hard the open and close stuff. My 40 year old built like a tank kitchen cabinates have trouble keep up with them. Something this lightly built won't last long. Luckily its not going to be used for anything they will want to get to much at all. This is a $50 piece of furniture new. I thought I was getting a deal at a discount at 100 dollars. Once built I don't feel as if I got a deal. To sum it up, it went together easily, all the parts were there, instructions were clear, it looks very nice. all components were well manufactured but made very light and thin to save on weight and metal content. I would not purchase this again. I think it will perfectly suit my use in size and looks but I don't expect it to be durable past a handful of years with light use, and I very much prize durability in the things I buy.

Functional kitchen island
Sturdy kitchen island that looks great and is very functional. Love the top drawer and lower cabinet space. Very clear instructions that were easy to follow. 👍

Not worth the price.
This is NOT a “some assembly required” product. This is a “TOTAL assembly required” product. Which is okay if you are patient, and willing to follow the step by step instructions. The instructions actually are very clear, and easy to follow until you find two holes that you need, but don’t exist. In my case the missing holes were needed for the drawer glides (one on each side). I was lucky in that I got my drill out, and was able to get the holes aligned so that drawer slides in and out properly. The sad part is that after this extensive process you wind up with a cheap little storage box, that wobbles so badly that I’m not sure I want to move it. (Which renders the casters pointless.) I might buy a similar product in the future, but certainly not on line. And not from this company. Box stores still have a positive side. Even if you have to drive 40 miles, like I do, to get to the nearest one.
