Tek-Mount - Quick Connect Mounting System for Holsters, Mag Pouches and Tactical Duty Gear

I have a kydex holster that fits my PDP with its light and red dot perfectly but I was not comfortable with either the exchangeable IWB or OWB clip/paddle wear options it came with. With actual wear, I found I prefer to cross draw and like a fair amount of cant. I wasn’t able to achieve the positioning I wanted with what I had. I spent too much money on the holster system to not use it at all so I wanted to find a way to adapt it. I saw this quick release holster mount offered a wide range of cant adjustment with its wheel-shaped plate so I gave it a try. I was surprised by the sturdy feel this Tek-Mount system has, it seems like heavy duty material which I appreciate for a full size frame that is fairly weighty, I think this mount will withstand the load over time. With that durable material, the design is still overall quite slim, it doesn’t add a bunch of bulk at all. The holster mounted directly to the disc-plate easily with the provided hardware. The holster is a Comp-Tac, which wasn’t specifically identified as being a compatible brand but it is. I am using the mounted holster with a molle riggers belt and am able to position the gun to my ideal cant for wear while driving and instantly adjust it to a lesser angle for when I’m practicing at range, walking about. I was a little confused about the dual lock swivel lever and how to release the mount at first but I have ADD and just needed to pay better attention to the instructions provided, it’s actually super simple to both secure and release. The Tek-Mount design is easier than a different brand set up I had tried that required squeezing side tabs while pulling the slide mount up/out. This mount solved my problem better than I had expected. I think the wheel design is brilliant and could suit the needs of many different wear preferences. I would recommend this to friends…and I mean the friends I want to keep.

Works great for attaching the Taser 10 to my vest. Great option to be able to pop it off easily without taking it out of the molle webbing.

Everything went well and the "stuff" looks good but I can't figure out how to put everything together. So I would say from my point of view if you can't use it why buy it? I won't buy any more of this "stuff". And useless "stuff" is all it is to me. I have no issues with the purchase and the shipping seems to have gone well. But the "stuff" is just sitting in a box. Why buy it? What's wrong with leather? I can use leather "stuff".

I bought this to attach my T7 holster to my LBV. I tried a few others and they do the job but feel loose. This is tight fitting. This also has the ability to rotate on your vest to the angle that suits you, which is huge for those of us that don't want out T7 straight up and down. The only reason it gets 4 stars is the screws on the plate (that attach to the T7 holster) aren't quite big enough. I used some screws from a leftover holster and they fit perfect. If you're using a T7 on a load bearing vest, this is the molle attachment you want.

I bought this to use with a taser holster. The quick release molle clips are great, easily allowing removal off your vest or rig. There is a variety of mounting options and the system is compatible with Blackhawk brand taser holster. All screws/holes line up. After first wearing in outer vest with molle, I switched out to mount the unit on the belt rig that the Blackhawk holster came with. Getting the screws out and reattached to the belt rig was a pain in the rear, had to hold one side with a flat head driver while loosing the other with a Philips . Got it swapped out though. The cant options are great as is the lock in feature. Recommend
