This thing is TERRIBLE!!!. Watch out!!So disappointed... Despite the decent specs and seemingly good reviews - this thing is TERRIBLE.Specifically -1. SO SLOW processing - it can't even mirror a video to a TV using an HDMI cable without glitching and freezing every 2 or 3 seconds. It's so slow that it sometimes doesn't even keep up while you type. It can barely run a website and 2 excel docs without lagging.2. The sound is pathetic. It sounds like it's coming out of tin can, and in every scenario I've used it - I had to use an external speaker because I couldn't hear it. My phone is WAY louder and better quality. And my smartwatch is only a little worse than this computer.3. The keyboard layout is super annoying. For one thing the icons on the keys are unneccesarily small. You can barely see the brightness and volume etc icons. Also, the right hand shift key is basically the same size as a regular key, with the part that's normally wider occupied by the up arrow. So you're constantly moving the cursor up when you're just trying to shift. Super annoying.4. The touch pad is worse than worthless. I have it on the lowest sensitivity, and it will random click and resize windows, open and close stuff I didn't click etc. Terrible. Thankfully I have an external mouse. Otherwise this computer would literally be unable to use.5. When the computer arrived it didn't have the windows app store installed. So I had to scour the internet and try 5 different solutions until I got it. JUST FOR THE APP STORE!!! So I don't know what kind of garbage ripoff operating system they're installing.6. The power cord is like an old clunky power adapter. Instead of having the transformers etc in the middle of the cable, it's right at the plug. So it takes up 2 or 3 spaces on the power strip - which for me is usually full. So that's also super annoying.My advice - DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!

The media could not be loaded.  This was an impulse purchase. I needed it for work and my husband was out of town with our other laptop.Unresponsive. Mouse pad doesn't work often. Or sometimes it just moves the cursor and highlights stuff on its own. Been online an hour trying to get it to work because I HAVE to pay my taxes today. Restarted it, updated, etc. May or May not work. Pretty unhappy with this purchase. I've had it 32 days at this point and use it 2-3 times a week. I only use the internet on this to update my website and pay taxes and it can't even do that.Update: bad and getting worse to the point where often, it's unusable. If that video uploads, you'll see what it does at times. Cursor jumps and moves. Randomly selects things on the screen even if I don't tap the mouse pad. Sometimes restarting it helps, but it can be a challenge to restart it, because I can't get the cursor to move. A five minute job has now taken me 25 minutes because I just can't get it to work right. This is a pretty pricey item to work only for a couple months. I really cannot go on with this device anymore, it's just a time waster. I wish I had returned it, but I'm sure it's too late now

Originally bought this for the price. I was going to use it for games and school work. It’s lightweight, speed is good and it was easy to set up. However there are a few flaws. The J key is hard to press, which is annoying when you’re trying to type something quickly. It will randomly shut off or disconnect from the wifi (especially if I have multiple tabs open at once) VERY inconvenient. My 7 year old Chromebook works better than this.

Avoid this company. Sure it's cheaper and the specs look decent but its an absolutely terrible computer. Completely reinstalled Windows on this thing and the harddrive is on par with a hamster on a wheel. The built in wifi constantly cuts off despite other devices on the same network never disconnecting. Had a update that took SEVEN HOURS to install, just kept going between 8 to 9 percent for about 4 of the hours. Do yourself a favor, save for an extra month and get something from a real computer company.

When I opened up the product, the device would not charge. I tried multiple outlets and none of them worked. I thought of looking into buying another cord, but in addition to having to buy something I shouldn't have to, others noted this same problem in their reviews (which I could only find after I searched specifically for this) and they had trouble finding cord replacements. The WiFi was also really spotty. I could only connect to one network, and it wouldn't stay connected for longer than about a minute before disconnecting. The laptop was slow at times, and the mouse pad was extremely sensitive. After struggling with it for ~hour I decided to return the product for a full refund. The item had high reviews, so it is possible that other devices will work, but this one clearly did not.

This laptop is perfect for my use. I use it for simple tasks and watching videos. It’s easy and fast

Bought it when Amazon had Prime day in July 2023. Started acting up in September 2023 (less than 2 months of use) and started out being super slow. Then it would have errors and just shuts down. What a piece of crap. Sucks that we passed the return date. What a waste of money. Should have just bought the brand that I trust (HP, MAC). Ugh!

It does the job for the price mainly for basic things but if you want to try more difficult things like playing games on it well it differently can't handle it. I was myself wonder if the RAM was upgradable to make the laptop even better for the price but not sure if it possible though.
