I bought the screen and started using it. And suddenly it stopped working… the agent changed it and gave us a new one.

Very Bad Seller I have bought this monitor and stopped working and the monitor is totally black send got the warranty they took and replaced it with the same monitor to my house wasting a lot of time of mine without any replacement of warranty. After sale very bad service

I though that I made the right decision when I ordered it but sadly it just was disappointing and the screen wasn't good at all. Its too dim for me and it was flickering as well when i switch modes and its just not as sharp as i hoped for

Screen became dark and with white bright spots I guess screen leds are dying

استعملت الشاشة لمدة شهرين على سوني 5 وكانت تجربة جيدة ولكن بعد شهرين ظهرت مشكلة في الشاشة وتواصلت مع ضمان الشركة وللأمانة تعاملهم احترافي وسريع جدا تم استبدال الشاشة على الفور

I was beyond excited for this monitor to arrive. A 32-inch 2K display with a 165Hz refresh rate for just 750 Riyals on discount? That’s a deal you won’t find anywhere else! But my excitement hit a wall when I connected it to my PS4; the colors were completely messed up. I was sure the issue wasn’t with the monitor itself, so I tried everything, even resetting the PS4 database. It took me days to figure it out, and I was debating whether to return it. Thankfully, after some troubleshooting, I got it working fine, and now it’s doing a great job. I mainly play Fortnite, and the performance is smooth and responsive, just as expected from a high-refresh-rate gaming monitor. I haven’t tried watching movies on it yet, but with a 2K resolution, I’m pretty sure it’ll look great. The display quality is solid, with vibrant colors and a slick backlight design. The size is fantastic, way better than the 24-inch screen I had before. However, the stand? Absolutely terrible. Not in terms of build quality—it’s made of strong, durable steel—but the adjustability is a joke. You only get three tilt positions: slightly up, straight, and slightly down. No height adjustment, no side-to-side rotation, nothing. It’s disappointing, especially for a monitor this size. On the plus side, the packaging was great, arriving well-protected with all the necessary accessories: an HDMI cable, a DisplayPort cable, a multilingual manual, and of course, the stand. If I had to rate it, I’d give it a solid 4.5 stars, it’s an incredible deal for the price, but that stand could definitely use an upgrade!

Das gaming Monitor habe ich am 26.11.23 für mein Sohn gekauft .Der ist auch sehr schnell geliefert worden . leider mussten wir feststellen dass die Farben Darstellung totale Katastrophe ist Rot ist Orange und die Sättigung der Farbtöne ist sehr blass ich nenne das Tote Farben kein Leben Monitor würde zurück geschickt

معايرة الالوان تحتاج إلى جلسة وتعديل على اعدادات الشاشة ولم تعطي الوان صحيحة (دائما غامقة)، لا تشتريها اذا عندك شغل جرافيك وصار فيها مشكلة بعد 4 اشهر من الاستخدام ، ظهر لون غامق بوسط الشاشة لا يذهب

الشاشه جميله مره و حلوه و الصوت واضح و تستاهل سعرها و اذا وصلت الشاشه لازم تعدلون اعدادت الالوان عشان اذا وصلت من أمازون ما تصير الاعدادات افضل شيء عدلوها من نفس الشاشه و تعديلها سهل جدا جدا
