Can the activity center be removed? Also, do all the toys come with it? One reviewer said the toys were not included. (just the octopus)

We loved this float. The octopus is ready to remove but it does not come with the roots. The picture and the description are a little deceiving on that end but to be honest neither one of my kids ever noticed if there were toys on there ( that we added) or not, they played with the water. It's worth buying for sure.

Does my baby need to sit up by it's own? My son is 7 months old 13 pounds (little guy)and sits well with support but not on his own. Will it fit him?

My little guy is 8 months and too little for this. When we tried this out his chin was still a little in the water. He is 25.5 inches long and 13 pounds.
