On a recommendation from my physical therapist, I removed my office swivel chair, and started to use the GoFit Exercise Ball instead. The first few weeks were a bit of an adjustment. And of course, I can't slide over to answer the phone, or grab the door. However, I saw this as a bonus as it forces me to get up more often. Sitting on the ball has strengthened my core and eased my back pain. Every once in a while new visitors to my office ask me about it, and I recommend this ball... a few coworkers now have this ball for themselves.

I purchased the pearl white GoFit exercise ball to replace the blue one I purchased from Amazon a few years ago (wanted to change colors). Both balls are the same size (65 cm), however, both balls are NOT the same size when fully inflated. My current exercise ball is quite a bit larger than the GoFit ball. I should have listened to the other unfavorable reviews about this product and not purchased it. I even waited 24 hours as some other reviews recommended to give the ball a chance to expand before inflating more air to reach full capacity (65 cm). To no avail. The ball is so full and so tight, I am concerned it will pop. It certainly will not perform as it is supposed to at the current inflation size. I do NOT recommend this product because it does not perform as advertised.

Though advertised as 65cm, once fully inflated I measured it as 71cm. This isn't a problem unless you are in between sizes like I am (I have a relatively short 31" inseam for my 5'9" height). I probably should have opted for the 55cm. Otherwise, this is a decent ball. It holds air adequately; I only have to top-off with air once every few weeks. I also like the neutral, pearl color which is much better than the super-bright colors of other balls out there.

I purchased an exercise ball a few years ago that I use at home to workout, but when I decided I wanted a ball to use as a chair at work, I knew I needed a different kind. This ball is made out of that tougher plastic instead of the super squishy material that my other ball is made out of. I feel like this one is more durable and has less give when sitting on it. The pump it comes with is a little bit lame, but it does the job. The color is a bit more see-through than the picture shows - it still looks white, but it's not as bright as the picture looks. Overall I'd say this was an awesome purchase.

This ball is a substitute for a previous GoFit exercise ball that I got as a gift. The first one rolled out of the garage and disappeared when it was not tethered. The ball I am reviewing is a much cheaper version and less sturdy, but it is serviceable. The first ball cost $40 as opposed to $16 and was very durable and inflated well. This ball is flimsy compared to the first one and was more difficult to inflate. But if price is a consideration, it would serve OK.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this ball. I'll probably get the next size up just because I like to have a little more surface area to do crunches. I don't know why people complain about the foot pump -- I think it's great and it only took me about 5 minutes to inflate the ball. There were also instructions included in the box on how to inflate the ball. The only thing they forgot to mention was to take the plug out before attempting to inflate it. I guess they include 2 ball plugs and I didn't notice that one was already in the ball (this is my first stability ball). I also like that the ball is made in Taiwan instead of China. I doubt that Taiwan is much of a step up from China, but I just get tired of purchasing products that are made in China. Seems unavoidable these days.

La pelota es de muy buena calidad, yo la compré en el tamaño más grande y me sirvió perfecto. Trae una bomba para inflarla, te puede tomar varios minutos inflarla pero funciona.

In December I bought the Jfit 75 cm ball for my daughter, which was suppose to come with a pump, which was garage. This ball came with a very nice pump and filled nicely. You can tell that it's of higher quality than the Jfit, both the pump an dthe ball itself.

I purchased it to use as an office chair and worked out perfectly. The included pump might look a bit flimsy but it got the job done. I don't know how it would fair with a heavier person (I'm at 130lbs) but so far so good, no loss of air at all. Great purchase.
