Bought it for my carpal tunnel when it’s bad. If you put it in the freezer and then your wrist. It feels really good and takes the pain away. Stays cold for a long time (haven’t tried the warm). Very effective and a good value. I also will drape it over my shoulder when it flares up as well very durable and the velcro is of good quality (doesn’t roll up).

I got this for my wrist. I'm a gamer and my wrist hates me. I can wrap my wrist with this and can get a few more hours of computer time. It freezes after a couple hours. Lasts about an hour at 74 degree room. The multiple straps let me manipulate it how I need.

I absolutely love this thing. I've been having some tendonitis in my wrist from working as a vet tech. Not only do we end up in odd positions holding animals, we work on computers dmfor 10+ hours a day. At my age, its caught up with me. I've been using this at night after work and it does make a difference. I love it because I don't have to sit still and hold something there. It's nice and fuzzy inside so I'll just have the sleeve of a hoodie as a barrier from making it too too cold and use the Velcro straps to hold it in place. Stays very cold for at least a half hour or more. I do 15 to 20 min on and 15 to 20 min off. Usually have time to ice it twice before bed while watching TV. I can still snack and work the remote because it snugly secures to my wrist. And you can use it on either side. So if my left hand acts up from my carpal tunnel surgery, its easy to swap them back and forth so they get proper icing time. I highly recommend this. My one and only complaint is that they need to fix the area where the thumb goes through. The edge is very sharp. Why not add some lining or padding there so it doesn't cut into your thumb base. If it had that it would have that extra star. All in all I still use it but have to find ways to keep it from cutting into me.

Comfortable, good purchase

I had corrective surgery on my wrist. This is the best thing I could have purchased. It makes icing a breeze. Freezes quickly and holds cold for a long time. I love it.

I purchased for after my wrist surgery, but the whole for the thumb makes it more painful to wear than just wrapping ice around my whole hand and wrist. The hole for the thumb is just the thin plastic so it rubs into this skin leaving it irritated and sore. It needs some kind of padding around this hole to make it comfortable. I’ve tried several things, but it’s just not worth the trouble.

Stays heated for very short period of time.
