I hated tampons and pads, I could always feel a tampon and it was always uncomfortable, I have sensitive skin and always got irritation from both and I love this cup it’s soft and comfortable and I’ve never had a leak , I do wear a liner for the first day or two just in case or I wear one if I’m out but I will never go back !

How easy is the cup to remove?

Its very easy to remove. You just need to squeeze it a little to break the air seal. Its quite messy, im not going to lie. I find more challenging to get in place properly. It requires practice and patience. I hope this helps.

Can the period cup be used at night whilst asleep?
