OK Product
Update March 2025. We bought two sets of the satin steel taps in 2018 to use in a dual sink bathroom construction. They get used at least twice a day and we were quite happy with them. A couple of months ago I noticed a wet puddle between the taps and the faucet. Not a lot of water, but it was there in the evening after not having used the sink for 12 hours, so that was concerning. I thought it might be the faucet draining out, so I removed it and stripped the assembly down. It had triple o-rings, which was good but two of them had visible nicks, so I replaced the o-rings and reassembled the faucet. I was still getting the water puddle, and at that point I decided to purchase a replacement set. Seven years on, and the replacement set are not identical to the originals. The original taps had a satin silver plastic top cap, you could prise off, to expose a cross head screw that attached the tap handle to the valve spindle. The new ones have solid heads, and also they have a (red and blue) small soft rubber circular feature indicating which tap is hot or cold on the shaft. They felt flimsy, the cold tap in particular, it would flex as you moved the tap lever from off to on. Okay, it solved the leak problem, but I wasn't very impressed. One day soon after they were installed, the hot tap came off in my hand. I found there was an allen key screw behind the red rubber insert, which, when the insert was removed, could be accessed by an allen key. Having removed the insert, and returned the tap to the valve stem, I was able to tighten the tap lever to the valve stem. I also checked the cold tap allen key by removing the blue insert, and found it to be loose. After tightening both, the feel of the taps became much sturdier. These are ok, but don't match the pair on the second sink. Anticipate having to check the tap handles are securely fitted if you purchase these. Original review for gold finished variant We bought these gold taps for our guest bathroom renovation. Their style (and color) were a good match for the design we were going for. When we installed them, we discovered the hot tap had a defect that prevented tightening it to the marble countertop. We contacted Time Arrow through the Amazon website and they were very responsive. As soon as they had more in stock, they sent us a new set. Excellent service. We are very pleased with this product, they feel solid and look stylish, and while the hot tap was defective, TimeArrow were very responsive in resolving it. Bad things sometimes happen, but a good recovery encourages you to do more business with the supplier. UPDATE: After just a few months both the hot tap and the down spout have badly tarnished. But not the cold tap. Neither sure why it is selective or occurring. These are in a guest bathroom so they don’t get used frequently.

Wonderful faucet for the price
Frankly speaking, I liked the square goose neck style, but the price is much cheaper than other products, I am a little worried about its quality, however, I am very happy with its quality ! I have being using it for a month, it works well, feel its water flow is strong but with water conservation sense, the faucet and its aerator quality is great, and the brushed nickel finish matches nicely with our bathroom, also resists fingerprints and water spots to keep it looking clean and beautiful. The installation was easy, but if you want to remove the aerator to clean the pipes after first install, you have to remove it with the given tool, I wish there is an easier way. The included pop up drain is plastic but good. I am very happy with this product.

Amazing product, even better customer service!!!
UPDATE: 12/06/2020 TimeArrow said they will send me a new drain stopper to replace the one I have with silver spots. So their customer service is amazing and they deserve 5+ stars for an amazing product and even better customer service. 12/06/2020: Below is my original review, this is my updated commentary. The faucet works great and looks to be great quality. I’ve added a picture of the drain stopper and how the gold finish is spotty. I have the faucet installed so I would prefer not to uninstall it and send it all back for this one piece. I’m hoping Aaron will see this review and just send out a new piece. I can’t speak to the durability of the finish, and the finish is great on the faucet itself, but something went wrong with the stopper, and the silver spots in the middle of the gold stopper sticks out and is bothersome to me. The faucet is great quality and beautiful to look at...it’s functional too. I love the real gold look, which is much darker than what other manufacturers call ‘gold’! This is the color of real gold, so don’t be surprised if it doesn’t match your ‘gold’ colored accessories in the bathroom. The faucet is much darker than all the ‘gold’ towel hangers and toilet paper holder, that I have in the bathroom, but I love this faucet and would replace everything else in the bathroom before the faucet.

Once you figure out how to get in touch with them, good customer service...
I bought three of these for bathroom renovations. My thoughts: The Faucets: They look nice and work reasonably well. They flex visibly when you turn on the water, which makes me wonder about long term durability. Also, one of the aerators seems to be defective and shoots a bit of sideways spray. I've removed it, cleaned it, tightened it to various torques, etc. but nothing seems to completely resolve the problem. The Drains: None of the three held water and one leaked under the sink even with copious amounts of plumber's putty. I had to replace all of them with Pfister units (also from Amazon), adding to the installed cost. The Instructions: It appears that they tell you to put the faucet washers on in the wrong order--i.e. the rubber one goes on first. The Warranty: There's nothing in the box that says anything about a warranty or that provides contact information for company. They also seem to have no presence on the Internet. I'd like a couple aerators but how would I go about that? What if one of the units fails after the Amazon return window? Who would I call? So, overall, I'm not sure I'd go this route again. Maybe they'll hold up. Maybe they won't. If/when they go bad I'll replace them with something from a known manufacturer. UPDATE 1/11/18: TimeArrow's customer service reached out to me after reading my review. They said that they are fixing their instructions and including their contact/warranty information on them, as well as checking on their drain supply problems. Finally, they answered my request for a new aerator by immediately sending an entire new unit. So, in light of all that, I've upgraded their review from two to four stars.

The parts to attach the hoses are not made well the plastic part broke on 2 of 4 faucets ordered. The push up pop up drain is also not constructed well and 1 piece broke during installation. Still waiting for customer service to call back. Once installed it looks nice. 2 faucets need the replacement parts before they will work and I have to pay the plumber twice now as he will have to come back once someone gets back to me on the broken pieces

I returned this faucet as it was a bit too dark for the other gold features in our bathroom. It is very nice and we didn't use it, but I'm sure it works as it is supposed to. The polished brass is what I needed rather than the brushed gold.
