Very good black licorice
We had a subscription for a different black licorice manufacturer but for some reason that has been “unavailable” for the last 3 months. I wanted to keep my wife happy so I chose this to sample and consider as a replacement subscription item. We got our first package yesterday and I want to report that I found the licorice quite tasty and soft. I’m pretty sure this will be our new subscription licorice but I have one other coming Monday to test before making that decision. It is, regardless, a very good black licorice stick.

Candy memory.
This used to be a penny a stick from Emily’s Candy store in East Boston but no more. However, the taste and texture seems the same.

Old fashioned taste
The best licorice since I was a child. I have to hide it from my grandson because he has absconded with several packs. The price is excellent for the one pound package and the excellent flavor.
