Works great! Maybe too great...๐
I bought this garden netting to protect my strawberries from birds, and I'll give it credit-it absolutely does the job. Not a single bird has gotten anywhere near my berries. Unfortunately, neither have the bees. The netting is very effective, but it's so effective that it blocks pollinators too. So while my strawberries are now safe from being eaten, they're also not getting much help in the "actually becoming strawberries" department. To be fair, the material itself is sturdy, easy to drape over hoops and works exactly as intended for pest protection Just be aware that if you're using it during flowering season, you may need to lift it occasionally or hand pollinate unless you're going for a very exclusive, bee-free environment. Overall: great for keeping birds and squirrels out, just don't accidentally evict your entire pollination team like I did.

Year 2 !
I bought this last spring to protect my 6'x8' raised garden from birds and squirrels. It survived this winter storms and is still in great shape. Ready for another year of yummy veggies! Yes it's a bit big for my bed, but I clipped it all the way around t works perfectly. Too lazy to cut it. lol P.S. My wonderful husband built this for me so I don't have to bend so much.

This has saved my garden and been a game changer.
This has saved my garden and been a game changer. Easy to set up and delivered fast. This net has been safe for the lizards in the area and have kept the critters and birds away. The only downfall is it hasn't kept the bugs out, but that's due to the way I have it set up. It's great because it still allows sunlight through and water. The quality is durable and light which I also appreciate.

MILDEW - Package sealed with water inside - all 3 packages we bought at different times!
The net itself works just fine - it frays if you're not careful (no seems on the edges). My issue is that all 3 packages were double sealed - Laminated seal - so no moisure could get in ... or in this case OUT!!! We ordered 3 nets at different times and all 3 had water inside the inner package... and stunk with varrying degrees of mold.... Pretty darn nasty. Of course you can wash them - which we did... - it could be an oil - but sure looked like a water - there was no green or black mold to be seen but it had a major mildew, musty smell - all 3. . Something you would not want to put over your plants with out making sure it was completely clean (unless you weren't eating them.. - I saw others had reported this too - but didn't see enough that had me convinced this could be a consistent issue - but we had the same problem with all 3 orders... Hopefully this is helpful to others.

great protection for seedlings
excellent netting for keeping critters out. between chipmunks, ground squirrels, grey squirrels, and 10 species of birds my seedlings wouldn't have stood a chance to sprout without this netting. water flows through nicely. tucking edges under garden path walkways holds it securely in place. bought garden staples but unless i put dozens side by side it would have allowed for critters to get underneath. i used staples at corners & midway only for protection from any high winds. will buy again next season if it doesn't last but quality of weave is sturdy enough so far. im quite pleased and very glad to have found this netting.

SAVED ALL OUR PEACHES!
Oh my gosh, yhis was the best thing ever! Our peach tree is only four feet tall and maybe four feet wide, and makes the best peaches! The year before last it was a constant fight with the birds, and in the end they finished off every peach when I was on vacation. The next year the tree had dozens of buds and then dozens of baby peaches, then boom, they all died before they had a chance to grow up. So this year I googled peach tree care, and regretfullyhad to pull off many babies so those remaining could grow. And that worked, but the birds started beating us to them. I was desperate so went to Amazon and looked for a mesh that the sun could get through but a bird's beak coudn't. The result was wonderful; totally protective against the birds, and I think it would work for deer, rabbits, or raccoons too. We ended up with about 50 plus peaches, some were small, some were medium, but each one was delicious! We won! And we had enough covering left over to save for next year!
