I love this steamer. It heats fast and works well. The design permits it to hang on a clothes pole or attach to the wall. I hung it in my walk-in closet so it is very convenient The manufacturers instructions recommend using distilled water and to empty the chamber after use. This is easily done and will extend the life of your unit. I would recommend this to anyone who travels or does not want to drag the ironing board out everytime.

My daughter has one when I watched her so easily remove the wrinkles I ordered one. Love it!

As a steamer it’s not very good. It works great as an iron. I bought it for the convenience of steaming but honestly I didn’t see the wrinkles disappear as steamer but when I used it w an ironing board it work very good

This works great and it is pretty. It took the wrinkles you get from shrink wrapped packages from Amazon right away! Be advised it is very heavy. So heavy I had to look to be sure the water reservoir wasn’t in the iron itself. While this is probably fine if you use the iron flat on a board, it gets really uncomfortable if you are steaming upright. If you’re in great shape you’re probably fine. If you have shoulder issues and/or weak arms it may be miserable. Still nothing takes out the wrinkles like this did so I’m giving five stars!

What a disappointment. I had high hopes for this iron/steamer. The steam does not come out. It just clicks with no action. The iron does not get the wrinkles out, either. I don't know if it is just not hot enough or what. It turns off after several minutes while in the middle of ironing so you have to stop and reengage. I have tried ironing napkins and pillowcases which are easy things to iron and they remained wrinkled. So disappointing. It is a terrific concept and now I need to find something to take its place.

In terms of performance, I found that the steamer works well on cotton fabrics, effortlessly removing wrinkles and leaving them looking fresh. However, when it came to delicate silky dresses, it fell short of expectations. Despite multiple passes, it struggled to effectively smooth out the wrinkles, leaving the fabric looking somewhat creased. Overall, while this handheld steamer is convenient for certain fabrics like cotton, its bulkiness and limited effectiveness on delicate materials may not make it the ideal choice for every wardrobe.

Unfortunately, I was forced to return it back after receiving the product since the voltage is 120V and plug is strange and not as per KSA standard of sockets which should be British standards. It is strange how this item pass SASO rules and regulations in the custom. it is not recommended in Saudi Arabia.

Totally useless in the UK. Company did not want to refund me as it was delivered, eventually. Avoid this trader
