The Only Astrology Book You'll Ever Need: Twenty-First-Century Edition

I decided I wanted to learn more about astrology once I discovered what a natal chart was, and as someone who had only ever looked into sun signs and the horoscopes you get in magazines or online, I found this book extremely interesting and informative. It covers a wide range of subjects like origins of horoscopes, relationship compatibility and has pages on each sun sign and then each planet and what it means in each sign and house. I found it really interesting to highlight information on kindle and then go back through to record all the information based on my natal chart which was surprisingly accurate. My main take away from the book was that every planet is important and has an influence because you’re not just your sun sign, you are a combination of the influences of every planet in your chart, and also the idea of identifying the strengths and weaknesses in your chart which you can use to your advantage once you know what they are. The book doesn’t have much information on Chiron and only basic info on the north and south node, but I think it’s perfect for people who are beginners. If you find you want to learn more in depth you can look online or for other specialised books, but this has more than enough info to read your horoscope or friends and family and to learn a lot about yourself!

If you’re looking for a beginner book on astrology, I would recommend this one. As big and bulky as this book is, it’s not dry to read and can easily be separated into sections to flick through instead of being read from cover to cover. It covers all the basics, planets, traits, zodiac correspondences, glyphs etc. It isn’t the only book you’ll ever need, as once you’ve started getting into astrology seriously you’ll want to explore specific areas further and in more depth, but for a starter book that will keep you busy and learning for a while? It’s the only one you’ll need right now.

I have not yet read the whole book because it contains so much information, but the information is remarkable. I had an aunt named Beatrice Mary who was really hot on astrology and every time I did or said something in a certain tone of voice she would say. "It's because you are a Leo." So far I have found this book fascinating to read and what one learns about ones self is very interesting. Yes I highly recommend this book, but it is jolly heavy and you will need a resting place for it.

Great for an introduction to astrology. The book is very big! Really easy read. Loved it!! I thought it was amazing and very interesting. Couldn’t put it down. It’s a good one to keep to go back and look up different things if you forget. I’m going to use it as my astrology bible. Breaks down each sign very clearly. Loved it

This is such a handy book to have I made it my coffee table book. It literally has everything you ever need to know about astrology and even some things that you never knew existed. For instance I had no idea about the various moon signs. Even if you don't fully believe in that stuff, it's amazing at how accurate it actually is in regards to my personality and way of being. The charts are so precise too that I had to search to the hour on the date of my birth even where longitudinally on the planet I was born in order to determine what my sign was. That's the "signs" (no pun intended) of a great astrology book.

Este libro es muy completo, y de gran ayuda cuando necesitas saber sobre planetas, casas, zodiacos. Lo mejor es que la escritora entró en muchos detalles para hacerlo bien y seguramente lo hizo interesante.. Si eres un principiante como yo, este es el libro para comenzar

Il libro è interessante e da un'idea generale sull'astrologia, peccato mi sia arrivato non in ottime condizioni (da precisare usato).

Ce livre est génial, je le consulte régulièrement. C est juste dommage qu il soit uniquement en anglais mais j arrive à me débrouiller. Et le titre est juste: c est le seul livre dont on a besoin quand on débute dans l astrologie. Il y a tout dedans et c est clair.
