I used it 4 a week and see no results, other then some soreness up to the 12 setting. How many more week should I continue to see some results if any?

If you're sore, that's a good sign. It means you're ripping/building muscle. However, just like regular training, it takes time to see results. I'd tone the dial down if I were you, do 2-5 sets of 10-15 reps at a low to medium amount of tension. I typically start seeing results in about 3-5 weeks.

Have anybody been able to find a detail list of the different exercises you can do?

Are you joking? Its a big spring...and ya squeeze it. Exercise over. .....Do pushups....its Free and same if not better result
