Working great for me, using for moisture control
So far this has been working great for me and is helping me to not overwater my plants. It has 4 prongs so tends to grab soil but that is a minor inconvenience. It feels solid.

Seems to work well
Bought this to monitor the moisture levels in my container tomatoes. Checked shortly after two days of steady rain and showed excessive moisture. Checked again two days later and the moisture level readings have dropped. Apparently it works.

This unit will not go into the calibrarion mode and it is very inaccurate in the EC reading.
This unit is extremely off on the EC reading and the unit will not go into the calibration mode. If you cannot calibrate the unit and it is very inaccurate, then it is useless.

Identifies overwatering and under watering with precision. Have a pH monitor from this same company that is also superb. HAPPY!

Took my EC reading accurately and quickly

Works but it's hard to read
I have no idea why they choose black on yello6. It is much harder to read than black on gray LCD display in sunlight. I found this helpful in the orchard but you really have to sample a few locations around a single tree. One single reading would not be helpful unless you have a vee small potted plant. Comes with a reusable cylinder which I don't love. Would have preferred a zip close nylon bag or shell.
