Exactly what it should be, worked well and didn't seem to have any extra ingredients added in. I made boba with it and it turned out good.

Good product

Great product, love the taste in everything I cook with

The product seems fine. The rather flimsy tub had dents on all the corners, though it shipped in a corrugated carton. There is no safety/ tamper evident liner in the mouth of the tub, under the lid. Another improvement would be to add a stationary partial partition, (like the baking soda pictured), to allow for neater measuring. That might also diminish the little mess that always is made taking off the lid, and getting residual product on the counter. Sounds like alot of complaining, and I’m sorry for that. But I’ve had a decades long career in packaging, and this is a lame, flimsy, annoying package to use. Other than that, the product seems fine.

I appreciate the convenient container the tapioca starch is in besides the ease in how it mixes in my milk that I use for my homemade cultured yogurt I make. I also like the purity of the starch. I am allergic to so many things, so I appreciate pure gluten free products.
