Good product—not as good as the Lactose Defense
I can take two of these before eating a pizza with extra cheese and not make people hate my very existence. Would totally recommend these.I wish they still had Lactose Defense instead of these ones. The Defense works SO MUCH BETTER!! I only needed one of those but I need two of these (in case someone can’t math) so I’m having to buy these more often. Probably why they did the switch.
