Makita 194385-5 Guide Rail Clamp Set

Fitted my Evolution tracks fine, a good snug fit. Way sturdier than the original clamps and also at a reasonable price.

These clamps were bought to replace the ones provided with my Einhell tracks, which were not fit for purpose. They are well-made, strong and sturdy. The arms are slim enough to slide into the housings at the track ends. A good buy.

These are used to hold the makits saw track in place and they work really well. They are heavier and larger than the pictures imply so they should last you many years without breaking. They are also quick attack and release, brilliant bit of kit.

Researching for track clamps to fit the Scheppach, Aldi, Lidl, plunge track saw (PL55) I came across these Makita 194385-5 Clamp Set for SP6000 , the price was much lower than the Scheppach kit of clamps and of much better quality construction being of forged steel with quick adjust for size. Ordered them up and found that one fitted exactly, the other was tight on the thickness, a little work with a file soon had the oversize one fitting correctly. Probably would have been ok on Makita track. The general construction of these clamps is good, with a strong acme thread, the handles have a grippy feel and the threaded section is in alignment with the rest of the clamp. The thread is free running and is fitted with a soft pad on a ball joint to prevent damaging the work piece. At less than £20 I certainly recommend these. For reference purposes the track slots in Scheppach guide rail is 12.5 mm x 6.1 mm, these need to be 5.9 mm thick in order to fit easily.

Great for clamping Makita track to the workpiece without fouling the tracksaw (or circular saw + adapter in my case). I mostly use this when friction is too low to go unclamped (slippy/dusty or small workpieces)

Sturdy clamps that do what they say on the tin. Primarily wanted them to use with the mft part of my workbench but also fit my Macallister track saw rails & the cawls I’ve made recently to cantilever a router table in front of my bench (small workshop with no space for a separate table). Gotta love a tool that does multiple jobs. Only downside was a pretty tortuous process to get them - originated in Germany & got bogged down in customs processes, then did a tour of East & West Midlands to get to me. Compared to some of the other options, thought these were very well priced.

Bought these to replace my broken Evolution clamps. These fit my Evolution tracks perfectly and are much quicker to tighten. A nice sturdy design.

Great quality clamp that is a must have when you already have a guide rail

Un muy buen par de sargentos (o sujeciones para guías o raíles Makita). Se adaptan perfectamente a la ranura, al insertarlos en la propia guía pueden posicionarse en el lugar deseado, no necesariamente en los extremos. Tiene goma en el cabezal de apriete y algo de holgura para mejor adaptación a superficies no necesariamente lisas. Los mangos son robustos, y con buen agarre para apretar suficientemente. La anchura máxima del material al que se sujetará la guía es de unos 15 cm, ya que el vástago de desplazamiento mide unos 18cm (a lo que hay que restar el cabezal). Presentan un peso considerable y con poco giro de mano aprietan y sujetan suficientemente.

Ottimi per ogni binario guida Makita, sono molto ok ed economici. Li consiglio.
