Great gift idea!
We bought this as a gift for a 9th grade boy. He loved it. Allows him and his friends to play at night. We paired it with an LED rim light that was the perfect compliment to the ball. Great gift idea for the boy who is hard to buy for. Weight and texture (grip) of ball are normal and light is still going strong.

Loses brightness over time.
Great ball. Fun for the kids to play in the dark. Seems to lose brightness quickly most likely due to the battery.

Light up fun!
One of my kids received this as a birthday gift. It was a huge hit at our house. How fun to see the ball lit up, dribbling in the dark? I’ve since given it as a birthday gift to two friends. Very fun.

Great gift
We purchased this for grandson ( 13 yrs old ) as a gift because let’s face it young teens are not easy to buy for and he loves games and sports so thought this would be fun a sit lights up with bouncing , he had a a lot of fun with his friends using this playing basketball and just bouncing around the ball back and forth to each other! This was a win ! Just gotta make sure you have pump to inflate as it comes deflated for shipping purposes!

Great plastic basketball
I was prepared to be underwhelmed when I got this for my son for Christmas. But I was pleasantly surprised with how much light actually comes off of this basketball. The reason for my four star review is that the basketball is made of plastic which I should have expected. But this leads to concerns of durability. But overall there's no air leakage and it was a great value.
