Got this on a deal, so price wise good. Otherwise, it is expensive. Quality is good for a small bedroom. Don’t expect high-quality for a bigger hall. Sometimes it is hard to request for songs.

Best item. Should buy and there is no disadvantage of this product. Value for money and looks good.Sound quality is also good. And has a variety of songs . And is useful for home automation. Supports most of the languages.

The Amazon Echo Dot 5th Gen has a compact and attractive design. I am quite happy with its sound quality, and the bass is good for everyday listening. 🎶 The LED light looks appealing, and the microphone picks up my voice well. I mainly use it for listening to music, checking the weather, and asking general questions. 🌦️However, my experience with Alexa has been mixed so far. ⚙️ Setting up the device was more difficult than I expected. I have been trying to connect my Philips smart bulb to the Echo Dot for the past two days, but I have not been able to get it working. Sometimes Alexa starts responding but stops speaking midway for reasons I have not been able to identify. I also need to repeat some voice commands before Alexa understands them properly. 🎙️The maximum volume could be higher, and I find Google Assistant more helpful based on my experience so far. The device also feels a little heavy to me.One important thing I overlooked before purchasing was the power requirement. 🔌 As this was my first Echo Dot, I assumed it would have a built-in battery. I realised after receiving it that it needs to remain connected to a power supply. Buyers should check this requirement before purchasing.Overall, I like the sound quality, attractive design, LED lighting, and microphone performance. 👍 However, the setup difficulties and inconsistent voice responses have affected my experience. Excellent product , but there could be more features.., good sound quality.., seem better with prime or paid subscriptions .. good appearance.. good finish materials.. good usefulness .. can be fixed with alarms with paid subscriptions.., good entertainment for everybody .. compatible with airtel .. compatible with windows.., good compatibility.. accuracy sometimes not good .. else good accuracy..

My experience with Amazon Alexa has become extremely frustrating and disappointing. What was supposed to be a smart and helpful assistant has turned into an annoying device that frequently fails to perform even simple tasks correctly. Honestly, I am very unhappy with its performance and the way customer feedback seems to be handled.The biggest problem I face is with music playback. Whenever I ask Alexa to play a particular song, it often fails to play the exact song I requested. Sometimes, it plays a completely different song, and other times, it seems unable to understand a simple request even when I clearly mention the song's name. Listening to music should be one of the most basic functions of a smart speaker, yet Alexa repeatedly disappoints me in this area. What is the point of having a smart assistant if it cannot accurately follow simple voice commands?The second major issue is the feedback system. Whenever I report a problem or provide feedback, Alexa responds by saying that the report has been sent. It repeatedly tells me that my feedback has been submitted, but the same problems continue to occur. This makes the entire feedback process feel pointless. If customers keep reporting the same issues, shouldn't there be some meaningful improvement?I understand that technology can sometimes make mistakes, and no device can be perfect. However, when the same problems happen repeatedly, users naturally expect the company to address them. I cannot see any noticeable improvement in the issues I have reported, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I am not claiming to know what happens behind the scenes, but from a customer's perspective, repeatedly receiving the same response without seeing any improvement is deeply disappointing.Amazon should take customer feedback seriously and focus on improving Alexa's ability to recognize song requests, understand voice commands, and provide accurate results. The company should also make its feedback system more transparent so customers can feel confident that their complaints are being considered.A smart assistant is supposed to make everyday life easier, not create unnecessary frustration. Unfortunately, my experience with Alexa has made me feel that using it requires more patience than it should. Instead of enjoying music, I often end up feeling irritated and disappointed.My final opinion: Alexa has become extremely annoying and unreliable in my experience. Its repeated failure to play the songs I request and the lack of visible improvement after submitting feedback have seriously affected my trust in the product.I would not recommend Amazon Alexa to others based on my current experience. Think carefully before purchasing an Alexa device or paying for related services. Amazon needs to listen to its customers, fix these recurring problems, and deliver the reliable smart assistant experience that users expect. Until meaningful improvements are made, I cannot consider Alexa a satisfactory product.

Very nice and amazing sound is like Boss

I am not sure why, but I liked the previous version where the time is also visible, much better, but we had to leave it somewhere else otherwise, I would not have bought it. It’s quite average.

Liked that,Echo Dot 5 can be used as external bluetooth speaker even for 2nd generation Fire TV stick attached to older non smart HDMI TV.It also controlled the 2nd generation Fire TV stick to open applications & all on TV,do some searches on TV as well.It has temperature sensor & some ultrasound sensor which couldn't be tested without more smart devices.The bass sound is good from small speaker. Mics are nice & sensitive enough.It came preconfigured & connected directly from Amazon cloud synced data from 2nd generation Fire TV stick.Didnot like no rechargable battery included.Always a corded wire shows up.Looks bad for a smart device.Didnot like clock & temperature not displayed yet.Did not like Echo Dot 5 showing device not compatible for auto updated 2nd generation Fire tv stick to become home theater system.Even after 2nd generation Fire TV stick was updated from Settings-->Fire TV-->Install updates several times & restarted till it showed latest up to date Fire TV OS.I didnot like vendor lockin for common man. Till date,There is no Interoperability with compatibility between Fire OS,Fire TV Stick 2nd generation,Echo Dot 5,Google Assistant,Google Nest Mini 2,Google Chrome cast & such smart IOT devices which is much required to make more value for money & make life simpler for all.I did not like there is no standardization of manufacturing standard Gaming remote control pairing standards that can work with Fire TV stick.I did not like that Amazon Luna on Fire TV stick is not allowed in India.I didnot like that,no common interoperability open standards for Virtual reality shopping, gaming & other applications with Echo Dot 5 & other company smart IOT devices are being governed by IEEE or such institutions for net neutrality & better future with more value for money without vendor lockin.
