All-in-One Guide to Cake Decorating

I loved how it was so detailed and informative. well worth the money.

Cake Decorating

Nice book. Beautiful illustrations and easy to follow instructions. My cake decorating has improved immensely.

A comprehensive book related to cake decorating techniques and terminology. Some photos are provided, but not step by step photos. I think it would be very hard for me (a newbie) to learn through text alone. The text was a little difficult to understand and process. This is a great book for someone that already has some experience with baking. It is perfect for them, but I think someone new would have some difficulty navigating and understanding. Overall the book is well written and researched. Nice addition to your baking library.

Great product and seller!

This book is nice but doesn’t have many pictures for step by steps instructions if you don’t already have a bit of knowledge it’s a bit hard to follow.

I do enjoy making cakes, but the one thing that usually lets me down is the icing. I now have great hopes of achieving much better results having read this book. It is the first book about cake decorating that i have come across with so much information. Information that covers not only decorating cakes, but types of icing used, but the use of food colours, cutting, icing recipes and so on. There are plenty of pictures. I would certainly recommend. My thanks to Netgalley and the Publishers. This is my honest review.

Good primer on cake decorating with step by step directions and many pictures. Not your average how to pipe butter cream roses and flowers book. Covered in this book are methods for covering your cake with fondant and marzipan, covering your boards, over piping, several ways to finish a cake, working with gum arabic, a few recipes and much more. Overall a good book for those interested in cake decorating and not just piping frosting. This review is based on a complimentary copy from the publisher, provided through Netgalley. All opinions are my own.

I’ve been looking for a book like this to do cake decorating. It has new techniques that I had never learned. I am very excited to learn what is in this book. I want to thank whoever got this book to me because the first one did not arrive. I am so happy to have received this. You have no idea I am handicap and then if Wheel Chair and I am looking forward to cake decorating. Thank you once again.

This is a good book to get started. It briefly talks about lots of different techniques and mothods which can then later be researched in more detail. I came across several usef things in it. Excellent beginners book but the more experienced decorator could probably give a miss. I'm still learning so enjoyed reading.

Good
