How easy it to refill the cartridges? I have been using cartridges from cartridge save in my HP printer

It may not be designed for ink cartridges but I have used it very successfully with my canon print cartridges. You have to have some rubber bungs and syringes with needles suitable for piercing the plastic. I would advise doing an internet search as some printer types aren't as easy to fill as Canonc cartridges.

Is that printer ink compatible with canon pixma tr7550 ?

I do not know, all I can tell you is that it works fine in my Epson 1500W photo.
