Scrubbed up well
My washing machine broke down, it needed a new part that was going to take two weeks to arrive, so I bought a scrubba. I could only wash 4-5 items at a time. Each wash took 3 mins each. It took my 30 mins to do a full wash load which wasn’t bad. I used Persil liquid as detergent. After washing I hand squeeze all the water out that I could, then put all my washing in a tumble dryer. Clothes came out really good. Was impressed. I recommend this product. I wil bel bringing it on cruise holidays plus it’s very handy to have if my washing machine breaks down again!!

Great Item for doing those smalls.
Love this. It has been to Hawaii twice now. Great for washing without having to go out to do the laundry. Managed to do t-shirts and dresses as well as the small items. OK cant put much in if you want to give the items a good scrubbing, but it works well.

Great for holidays
Not yet used but instructions and reviews seem to indicate this is going to be the answer to less packing and washing during trips. Certainly compact and looks easy to use. Does seem pricey but hopefully does the job.

Pros and cons
Scrubba Wash Bag 2.0 I'd wanted one of these for ages and finally cracked and shelled out the £45 asking price just before going on a camping holiday (only to see it go on special offer for £40 a few days later). It's a simple piece of kit - essentially a dry bag with the addition of a knobbly flexible scrubbing board inside and a miniature air valve on the outside. To use, add warm water to a given line, add some detergent and agitate to mix, then add a few items of clothing, then let out the air using the small valve - a small amount of water may come out through the valve if you don't stop in time. Letting the air out makes a big difference, because it means you can work away at scrubbing the clothes without fighting a bubble of air. Scrub the clothes for a couple of minutes then empty the water, squeeze out the clothes and rinse with clean water. I was staying at a campsite and this was more convenient and cleaner than washing my clothes in the campsite kitchen with rubber gloves. It was also more discreet - I could wash knickers in the kitchen sink in this Scrubba without everyone else seeing what I was doing. It's great if you just want to wash a couple of items every couple of days - say knickers and a tee shirt. For sale at the time of writing this review at £45.

Great product!
Used this to wash reusable diapers and the results are good, using non bio power detergent and hot water. Seems to be well designed, my only suggestion would be to add some instructions to fold it back into the neat triangle shape it is shipped it, so that the original cardboard can be used to stow it when it's not in use.

New batch absolutely useless
I travel around the world full-time and have used a scruba washbag made by this company for all of my washing for about four years. I do about three washes a week so that is over 600 washes I have down with the old version of this product. This new batch is made from a different material and it no longer seals when you roll over the top of the bag. After just a few squishes, the bag bursts open. I’ve tried a hundred and one ways to make it stay closed but it’s impossible! The old type of bag used different material for the bag and, perhaps most importantly, for the sealing strips at the top. The new material is unfit for purpose. I am so disappointed. I depend on this bag for my washing but there is no point carrying it with me any more. I have recommended scrubba wash bag to so many while traveling but all I can say now is please please do not buy this product. It is completely useless.

Great idea but bag leaks from the base
Was helpful on holiday for hand washing, but the bottom seal where it meets the clear window leaks. The valve at the top also leaks but you can hold the top up to stop this happening. No way around the faulty seal at the bottom though sadly. Poor quality for a good idea. Not acceptable for the amount it costs sadly.

Read the instructions thoroughly!
Great product that i will be using frequently on my next backpack trip in South East Asia. I wish I had discovered this product years ago when I was away in far away land with limited washing possibilities. Very small in size and excellent for packing. Just read the instructions before using it! You must empty the air inside before scrubbing.

Works as intended for a portable washing solution
I am going to Italy this weekend, and I am packing light. I wanted the ability to clean socks, shirts and underwear. I took an Oxford shirt, a pair of socks and a long sleeve shirt out to try this out. I put in Woolite, water and the clothes. I rolled the top, and secured the strap. I proceeded to remove air from the bag. Then I rubbed the clothes in a decompressed state for about 3 minutes. Afterwards, I drained the water and added fresh water in to rinse. I did have to rinse more after removal but it is a viable way to clean clothes. The bag is a waterproof nylon bag. It has silicone knobs to scrub or agitate the clothes. It works for travel or camping I suppose. It’s pricy but convenient. Update: After spending two weeks in Italy, I wanted to let you know that this worked great. Since I traveled light, it worked great for microfiber clothing, underwear and socks. The bag has held up after daily use. Rinsing the clothes was better served by doing it by hand but the cleaning part was perfect. I do not regret buying this.
