It is difficult to get a dressing to stick to the stump of my husbands leg under his prosthetic as he is very active on the farm and wearing the prosthetic for 16 hours each day. The adhesion of these island dressings is fantastic without being difficult to remove and no stickiness remains on the skin. That being said my husband does not enjoy having the dressing removed as it does stick so well but it has not caused any rashes or impairment of skin integrity due to how well it sticks. We have tried many different tapes over the foam and aquacell that he needs to cover his ulcer but none will hold under the prosthetic. I do remove the "island" part of this dressing as it is not absorbent and he needed to have drainage contained and not sitting on the skin. It takes a bit of hand strength to remove the "island" telfa but it is possible. (If the telfa part were not removed there would be too much bulk and unnecessary pressure would be present on an already impaired spot.) I have looked for a similar dressing with the type of foam or aquacell that works but have not found anything so removing the telfa works just fine. I am also very pleae with how many come for the price. It truly is 28 of the 4x4 dressings in the box (4 packages of 7 dressings.)

Great Bandages! Nice cushion and support. I like these just as much as the ones you get from Walgreens.

This was a good product for its quality in price. I have ulcers on my ankles from standing from my occupation. These were a great solution for covering the area in absorbing the moisture. Peel off easily with no skin attached so my wound could heal quickly.

Pad surprised me actually about three inch with the remaining inch mastic. The pad do work well if that is the size you need. Using on a four inch area don't work. Smaller area they work excellently and would recommend.

Love it. The sticking part doesn’t hurt the skin when peeling off for replacement. Other brand bandaid sticks on skin like superglue and it hurts when taking off. This one goes easy on sensitive skin.

If you are a senior advanced in age with fragile skin, this is the bandage for you as well as the 4x4 bandage s. I had some bad cuts from a fall and used them for days until I healed. The bandages stayed put but came off fairly easily without pain or tearing my skin.

These are great for covering small surgery wound. After buying a lot of others that didn't work I found these. The size was perfect they stayed on until I was ready to remove. Great product
