is this equivilant to Body Bio PC?

I did a 1-to-1 comparison of this product to the Body Bio PC, and no, it is not equivalent.  I normally use the Natural Factors product which is equivalent to this product. However, Country Life, for less than double the price, offers more than 2x the number of capsules as Natural Factors.  The only difference appears to be that the Natural Factors is tested for pesticide residue.  This is important so make this a consideration if you're looking to help with certain nervous system and brain functions where overall toxic load can factor into recovery time.

It would be good to know if this Country Life product is also tested for pesticide residue.

That notwithstanding, getting back to the Body Bio PC, these 2 products are not equivalent.  While they appear to be the same, the concentration is far different.  Just for this alone, the Body Bio PC is an incredibly expensive product.  The equivalent serving to the Body Bio PC, for example, is 2 capsules to get 1,300 (420 mg) phosphatidylcholine, whereas this Country Life product is only 1 capsule.  So, while the other offers it with 150 capsules, at 2 capsules/serving, you only get 75 servings, whereas with the Country Life, you get a full 200 servings at 1 cap/serving, and for far less than what the Body Bio PC is charging.  Anyways, that's my take on the Body Bio PC product.

Is this one cap = 1200mg?

No: this is a misleading label and product description. It's 1200 mg of "phosphatidylcholine *complex* ." There's only 420 mg of actual phosphatidylcholine, similar to many other products.

Does it contain soy lecithin?

Is the soy oil used to make this supplement cold-pressed or chemically extracted? Thanks.

I am sorry but I consumed that product a long time ago. It did seem to do what it was supposed to but I have not ordered that again. I don’t think I need it. My heavenly father takes better care of me.
