These are excellent hydration tablets. I feel like they tasted better than nuun tablets.

I love these!
Tasty, easy to drink, and I like that they don't use a bunch of plastic packaging like Liquid IV. Just pop a tablet into your water bottle and stay hydrated.

handy electrolytes when cycling.
These are easy to use and taste okay. In the Florida August heat the electrolytes are a nice addition to the water bottle. Very light on sugar which makes them better than the big brand sugar drinks with electrolytes. They dissolve with bubbles. On very hot days, the water bottle may get slightly pressurized and you may get a spray when you start to sip, not a problem if you know it's coming.

Hydration and elecrolyte replacement, but not endurance and recovery....
This was my first foray with the GU Hydration tablets. As a runner and longtime Cytomax user seeking a replacement, I quickly learned the difference between these tablets and a product like Cytomax. Here's my initial impression of the GU Hydration Electrolyte tablets:-The flavors are not that strong or overwhelming but they're definitely there.-It takes a while for each tablet to dissolve.-Fizzy action-There is a difference between simple hydration and electrolyte replacement vs. that plus endurance and recovery.In my impression, the GU tablets will work to offer hydration/replace electrolytes, and so be it. The science of running and cycling demands a more complex product and one that offers the aspects of hydration/electrolyte replacement plus endurance and recovery. That's one of the chief reasons why Cytomax was so successful and popular for so many years -- because it was formulated/conceived with just those principles in mind.

Bonnes pastilles d'hydratation
Bonne alternative d'hydratation, bien dosée en sodium par contre pas de vitamines, à coupler donc avec une autre solution (les capsules Rocatane par exemple) pour les efforts longs. Gout assez bon sans toutefois s'éloigner de l'arrière gout chimique de la chose...

Werfe mir im Sommer immer eine Tablette in die Fahrradflasche, um unterwegs genug Elektrolyte aufzufüllen. Schmecken lecker, nicht zu süß und die Tablettenform macht die Anwendung sehr angenehm. Man kann sie auch einfach für unterwegs mitnehmen, wenn man Wasser auffüllt. Lieferung war schnell, Produkt ist fantastisch.
