This konjac jelly pouch is amazing. It only has 1 calorie per pouch. I was skeptical about its ability to be fulfilling as a meal, but believe me, it is incredibly satisfying. It feels like a complete meal for me and is definitely suitable for a diet. The idea of only 1 calorie may seem strange, but it's true. I eat this for dinner to achieve fullness while ensuring I get all the necessary nutrients for a meal. Konjac has gained popularity among those dedicated to their diet, and this jelly is the best choice for losing weight while still obtaining essential nutrients.

So here's the thing. Konjac drinks aren't some miracle product that will MAKE you lose weight. You would lose weight because you're swapping out high calorie, fat, carb etc snacks with this instead. But if you're still eating all that AND this, of course you wont lose weight. I buy these just cause I like jelly drinks. They taste the same type of artificial taste as typical (asian) mango jellies. Or like mango konjac boba at milk tea shops. Except low calorie cause of sugar replacement. Has that fake sugar taste, too. Also seems they have pieces of nata de coco in it, which is why some reviewers say it's a harder texture than other brands. Nata's texture is firmer. Took a star off cause I hate the packaging. It's a flat pack, instead of having a pouch that opens on the bottom that let's it stand up, unlike like other brands; So you can't place it down and have to drink it all in one go or hold it up, which is annoying.

I don't know about other flavors, but the mango one I ordered tasted awful. Imagine drinking a mango perfume from a dollar store with alcohol and konjac. I had to hold my nose and wash it down with a big cup of water since I don't like to waste food, but I'd give 0 stars if I could. I gave this brand a chance since it was more affordable than other konjac drink brands I usually order from... you get what you paid for. Flavor aside, their 'different texture' / 'double texture' thing they boast about just made the jelly worse, so I'm not even gonna give other flavors a chance. And no, I've been drinking konjac drinks for 3 years from multiple brands and I haven't had any qualms about the texture of the plant. I actually enjoy the jelly texture, as long as you do it right. Do yourself a favor and order a different brand.
