You're here for a pair of duckbill wire strippers. Here it is. No frills, by the book manufacture of a solid product. I cut a headphone cable apart as a test. Rubberized coating? No problem. The wires inside? No problem. I've never had a pair that worked better... or worse, really. These are a nice color and they're easier to find.

These are some of the best wire strippers on the market. They are very simple to use as my 5 year old niece is capable of making them work. These are very basic strippers and do not provide a crimper. They do however have wire cutters built into them. The offer being able to strip at different lengths as well as different sizes of wire which is really good. I do a lot of small electronic work and being able to strip small wire with ease makes this pay for itself after a few jobs. The construction is plastic but is a good durable plastic. These strippers also came with a small set of angled wire cutters so its very worth the price. I would buy this again if these ever break.

I’ve been using this quick strip wire toolset mostly for higher gauge wires, and it works really well — easy to use and gets the job done fast. However, when it comes to thicker, low gauge wires, it’s not as effective. Stripping those requires more effort or a different tool altogether. If you mostly work with thinner wires, this set is a solid choice. Just don’t expect it to handle heavy-duty wire stripping easily.

My KNOWEASY stripper was annoying me over a year of use. Irregular fails to cleanly strip, and crunching stripped wire when releasing handle. This VCELINK stripper does a GREAT job!!! Clean stripping of multiple leads at once. When releasing handle, jaws open FIRST. This avoids problem of crunching the now bare strands. Being half metal, it has a pleasant weighty heft. Length adjuster has a lot of friction, so no worries accidentally changing it in middle of a repetitive job. Tension knob does its job. Practiced on my fingers to get feel for it. But as I only use for 18-24 AWG, shouldn't need adjusting much. Overall, am VERY pleased with this STEAL of a deal. $10 for superior gadget to keep working projects without a simple thing going sideways and slowing me down

I have purchased several different brands of this stripper. - with disasters results. This one is different if anything it does its job – it’s not sexy, but it works. This stripper is well worth the money – there are other products on Amazon that I have purchased that look nearly identical to this one, but they always break Arthur the first or second time I use it.

I used to work with Stripax wire strippers that were awesome, but expensive. They would perfectly strip the outer jacket of a multiconductor cable without nicking the inner conductors, and then would perfectly strip the inner conductors. It was great. Over time, their system of multiple sharpened, springy "teeth" would corrode and wear out unevenly, like any mechanical system, and they would need replacing. I no longer work that job, and no longer have access to the fancy stripax strippers, and no longer need to strip hundreds or thousands of cables and wires per day. But I have a project that requires stripping a lot of wire and multi-conductor cable, so I took a chance on this. It's really good! My guess is that it will not last as long as a multi-tooth stripax, but the initial sharpness and spring tension actually does a great job of first stripping off the outer jacket, and then stripping the individual conductors of Mogami cable. If I were planning to do months of work on an industrial scale, I would spring for the stripax. But for a weekend project, it works great!

What have been doing for the last 30 years using an old fashioned wire stripped? This thing is amazing!!! Quick and clean wire s tripping, adjusts to varying thicknesses of wire automatically (you may have to adjust the cutting pressure, but I never had to, cutting wire from 12 gauge to 18 gauge. Includes a wire cutter as well.

Pues para los que somos torpes y con tijera acabamos por exterminar el cable, este asunto me ha salvado el pellejo. Necesitaba este modelo y no los que pelan el cable como si fuesen unas tenazas por la longitud de cable de la que disponía. En algún comentario indican que si el cable es fino lo parte... yo hice pruebas primero con uno similar hasta que ajustando la ruedita de la fuerza y haciendo las cosas con mimo, también pelaba el cable fino sin romperlo y luego ya fue probar suerte y funcionó (unos diez cables finos finos). Gracias a eso pude arreglar unos auriculares insonorizados y me ahorré 300 euros. Entiendo que un profesional sustituye el cable, suelda sin dificultad y demás... pero a mí esto me vino de perlas. Compra recomendable.
